"The hotel's service was very good, but the izakaya on the first floor was the worst. I went to eat after taking a bath in the large public bath, so I didn't have a smartphone and asked to order verbally, which was accepted. The customers who came after me were served one after another, but I waited for more than 30 minutes and didn't get a single dish. After drinking two glasses of draft beer, the other customers left, so I thought it would be about time for me to come, but there was no sign of him coming, so I canceled my meal and returned to my room. I felt very sick."

"There was hair on the bathtub and shower head, so I wish they would clean it properly. The plan included breakfast, which I thought was cheap and very reasonable. There doesn't seem to be enough parking on the premises, so it's inconvenient if you check in late."
