This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable. The staff were proactive, warm, and genuinely attentive. I received a welcome gift upon check-in and will be getting a welcome snack tomorrow. The soundproofing was also excellent. The hotel's breakfast was not only abundant and delicious but also had unique local flavors. Plus, there are plenty of Kaifeng's famous local eateries nearby. There's a bus stop just a dozen meters from the hotel, and taxis are easily accessible. Highly recommended!

The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a sound and comfortable night's sleep with good ventilation. Loved My Stay at Atour Kaifeng—Wish I Could Have Stayed Longer! I only spent one night at Atour Hotel Kaifeng, but it left such a wonderful impression on me. If you’re visiting Kaifeng, this is a highly recommended place to stay, and here is why: The Location: It is exceptionally convenient and makes traveling around the city to explore different sights completely hassle-free. The Aesthetic: The hotel features a clean, minimalist design with a subtle Japanese-inspired style. It creates a very calming, peaceful, and cozy atmosphere that I absolutely loved. The Ultimate Highlight: Atour is famous for its comfort, and their premium bedding is next-level. I fell so in love with their ”Pro 3.0 Blanket” during my stay that I ended up purchasing 5 of them on the spot to bring home for my family! 😴🛍️ One Minor Downside: The breakfast spread was a bit boring and underwhelming compared to the rest of the hotel experience. However, despite the simple breakfast, the fantastic location, lovely minimalist vibe, and unmatched sleeping comfort still make this hotel a huge favorite of mine. I’d definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They even assisted by bringing my food delivery directly to my doorstep, which was a very thoughtful touch. On my departure day, they also helped arrange transportation to pick up my luggage and send it to the airport, making my travel much easier and stress-free. The room was clean, the environment was comfortable, and the service truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

After a long search, I chose this hotel and was delighted to find its location absolutely superb. The room facilities were clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. It was less than a two-minute walk to the Yingbin Gate of Shangqing Garden. Stepping out of the hotel, you're right by the riverbank, and the evening views are especially beautiful. After a tiring afternoon exploring the garden, we could relax in the small courtyard and enjoy the scenery. Since we arrived quite late, the owner personally helped us with our luggage, which was incredibly welcoming. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat. Our first night was on the second floor, where we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Due to high demand, we extended our stay and moved to a ground-floor room with a small courtyard for the second night. Both rooms had their own unique charm. I rarely leave reviews, but I truly felt the owner's dedication to running this place, so I wanted to show my support.

The room is very regional and very clean. When traveling with children, you should choose a hotel with a clean and hygienic environment. The children were very excited and loved it. The service was also very good. The lady at the front desk was very gentle. The location is also very convenient, very close to the scenic spots. Breakfast is very rich and tastes good 👍

Hotel location is good (very close to the high-speed rail station, 200 meters in front is the museum and the main road to and from Zhengzhou and Kaifeng Zhengkai Avenue). The hotel is fully equipped and very new. The setting in the lobby and guest rooms on the first floor is thoughtful and intimate. The service of the staff is also very good, making people feel at home. Self-driving parking is free. Booked family room, the room is very large and spacious, the decoration is very warm and chic, there are two beds, the bed is very wide is 1.5 meters wide. In short, if you come to Kaifeng again, you will book again.

Location: Right by the east gate of Wansui Mountain, just across the road. It's about a 5-minute walk, which was super convenient for getting an early start and booking the San Da Zhu Jia Zhuang experience, perfect! I booked it through Trip.com. The hotel was excellent and even included breakfast. The room was spacious, and the shower water was nice and hot. Plus, they have a parking lot, and the attendant there was incredibly kind, even helping us find a parking spot. It made for a perfect trip to Kaifeng, I'll definitely come again.

It's amazing to find such a great hotel in the old city center of Kaifeng! 🏙️ The location on Zhongshan Road is absolutely prime, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in the heart of the bustling area. The parking lot is spacious, with plenty of charging stations for various car brands, so no waiting. The room service staff are fantastic – very responsive and always happy to help. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent too, ensuring a really good night's sleep. Seriously, this is the best choice out there!

The environment here is great, and the sunken bathtub in the room is huge, making for a very relaxing soak. The hotel provides a shuttle bus that drops you off right at the entrance, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. However, the hotel's service left a lot to be desired. My daughter got sick and needed to go to the hospital urgently, but when I asked the front desk for help, their responses were incredibly cold and unhelpful. They said things like, ”You can search for a hospital yourself,” ”Call a taxi yourself,” and ”We don't know.” While I ended up arranging everything myself, their completely indifferent attitude was really off-putting.
