"Firstly, the owner gave me the wrong room. After that, I get a bed on the ground. Besides, there's a lot of dust on the ground. After I complained, the owner gave me a mop and a bucket to clean. The cleanliness is not good but the service is good and efficient. Furthermore, the owner gave me more time to check out when it was raining heavily and I won't be able to get back in time. Overall, the service is good and the owner was responsible, but I hope the cleanliness can improve in future."

"Sheng Hua: The room cleaning service was very poor. I told the front desk in the morning that I would be out and they could clean the room, and they said it was no problem, just to hang the sign outside. I hung the 'please clean' sign from 9 AM and went out, but when I returned to the room at 1 PM, it still hadn't been cleaned. I felt very helpless... I hope the staff can improve their service. Thank you 🙏🏿"
