"The hotel is relatively close to the subway station, which is convenient for getting around, but it's too far from central Tokyo, which is quite inconvenient, and you even have to exit the station for transfers. Because of its proximity to the station, I was worried about getting a good night's sleep, so I emailed the hotel before checking in to request a room on the university side. However, upon arrival, the front desk still assigned me a room on the station side. The train noise was very loud, so I went to the front desk to ask for a room change. One of the female front desk staff actually didn't know there was a university nearby; it was infuriating! I had to open my email to show them before they finally changed my room. The hot springs on the third floor of the hotel weren't crowded, but it was a bit inconvenient to have to bring towels from the room."
