"It takes 10 minutes on foot from katoomba station where there are restaurants and shops. It is basically a hotel targeted at car tourists. In the hotel, there is only one person at the front desk, and the service hours are limited, so pay attention to the check-in and check-out times. The room was very clean and the air conditioner worked very well. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak and it was difficult to adjust the temperature."

"The room is large and clean, but the facility is quite old. The resort is large and has lots of activities, but many activities are only open on weekends and require additional fee. We can still play in the playroom and swimming pool. We celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary with our kid and received free champagne, which was wonderful! The staff are helpful and friendly. We'll visit again next time."

"Good location, room was clean. But as soon as I went in I saw a leavage on bathroom ceiling. Apparently it was there for a while as it was cracked open and dripping because of the rain. When I complained they offered me a room in a sister hotel in the town centre but I didn’t like it. During all my stay(2 nights) there wasn’t wifi to operate TV. It was so noisy as the corridor floors and stairs were not covered with carpet but just tiles. I wasn’t happy at all. They didn’t offer me any compensation other than a pushy sorry."

"It was a very nice hotel. Convenient location, next to the train station and also close to the Hop-On Hop-Off visitor shop. Lots of nice restaurants near by, highly recommend the Thai restaurant called "Thai Square". The interior of the hotel had a very charming aesthetic to it and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfy. The only downside is that there wasn't any AC in the room, but they did provide a fan thankfully. It was much needed after a long day of hiking during the summer season. Overall, highly recommend."
