"Its a very nice complex hotel and a spa as a structure . The rest is a 3 star hotel. Majority of staff unfriendly, ignorant teenagers , no class ,unexperienced . It was not like this before since its not our first stay in this hotel. Many things missing in the room, missing shower handle never reported to be fixed or window shutters to have good night quality of sleep. Food used to be very good in the hotel and now its a poor quality , less choices and unhealthy promoting sodas fountain . I would not be surprised to see burgers next time. Dinner open buffet definetely not worth the price. Its better to eat in Dworek Restaurant where food is still delicious . Receptionist used to be more professional and asking if everything was ok during stay, not anymore or just had a bad luck. Anyhow overall experience give me your money and dont bother me…. So sad."
