It's very new, rooms are spacious, and the higher floors offer nice views. There's a gym and laundry facilities. Breakfast is decent, but sufficient. You can even order takeout, and a robot delivers it to your room. Donghua Farmers Market is just a 300-meter walk away, offering a huge selection of fruits, cooked food, and vegetables. I found prices there cheaper than what I saw in the city center. However, since Donghua is also getting more tourists now, it's still worth comparing prices and checking out a few different stalls. The market is a great place to visit daily. If you're heading to Cuihu Lake, a taxi ride is about 10-20 yuan. Half a day to a full day is probably enough to explore the area around Cuihu Lake, which includes the former site of Southwest Associated University, Cuihu Lake itself, and Wenlin Lane. The Provincial Museum is not in the city center; it's best to set aside half a day specifically for that, and a taxi will cost around 25 yuan.

The best hotel in this 10-day trip. The hotel is very easy to find. Just walk out of the subway station, exit D, turn left a little bit and look at the road on the opposite side, you will see the yellow hotel sign. The staff is very welcoming and attentive to customers. Traveling from Kaili to the hotel at 7 am. I said that I traveled by train all night, can I check in now? I've stayed in thousands of five-star hotels, and this one truly made me want to stay longer. No need to even go to Japan anymore; Tokyo probably has at least 3,000 hotels like this. It's perfectly suited for those who seek ultimate tranquility and beauty, and dislike noisy and superficial environments. The service was also excellent, although it felt a bit understaffed. Even though the room itself didn't have a hot spring bath, the SPA massage was absolutely amazing! This place isn't suitable for families with many noisy children, as it would disrupt the aesthetic. I wouldn't recommend it for large families with elderly people or many kids. Facilities: Excellent, on par with five-star hotels. Environment: Superb. It's located within the Expo Park, with mountain and forest attractions right outside – incredibly relaxing.

This hotel is incredibly thoughtful. They helped us with a late check-out and even have a dedicated homework room for kids, which is fantastic for families traveling with children. It solved the problem of the room being too dim for my child to do homework or crafts. We were a bit rushed this time so we couldn't participate in the activities, but we'll definitely try to next time. A special thanks to the hotel butler; their service was excellent and they were very patient with the kids.

This hotel is uniquely located within an expo park right next to the World Expo site, which is quite rare. The environment is exceptionally quiet and comfortable, completely free from street noise, allowing both my parents and children to rest wonderfully. I saw online that it was a newly opened hotel and was initially a bit worried, but there was absolutely no strange odor, so we felt very at ease staying here. Shopping is also very convenient nearby, with a commercial street and a mall not far away. It's quite easy to take my parents and children to the Safari Park and the World Expo from here. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit.

The room was spacious and tidy, with elegant and comfortable details. The view outside the window was lush green, and the double-paned windows blocked out all noise, making it very quiet. The surrounding old town has many great food options and local snacks. The service was absolutely impeccable. They proactively upgraded my room when there was availability and offered discounted breakfast vouchers, along with many recommendations for sightseeing and dining. Very satisfied 👍

The bathroom was incredibly dark at night with the lights on. There was a karaoke bar next door that played music all night, and people were talking loudly in the hallway at 2 or 3 AM. The soundproofing was terrible. The room was also very poorly lit; you had to keep the lights on all day, and even then, they weren't bright—it was extremely dim. I definitely wouldn't recommend booking this room. I don't know if it's just my room type or if all the rooms are like this, but the soundproofing was so bad that I didn't fall asleep until almost 4 AM.

Family trip, second stay within six months. The quality remains consistently good and it offers great value for money. As someone who's particular about cleanliness, I was impressed that even behind the bedside cabinets, everything was thoroughly cleaned with no dust – really excellent. The breakfast is also good. For those driving, there's really no need to stay in the city center; this location is very convenient.
