I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was extremely satisfied. The room was comfortable and clean, and the service attitude was excellent. The room was spacious, and the bed was very cozy and comfortable. There were snacks and coffee in the lobby, and I could even brew my own tea. Free parking was a huge plus, and the location was very convenient. I really loved the decor style. I'll definitely be staying here again next time. Highly recommend to all my friends!

My stay at the Sheraton Kunming was surprisingly excellent! I received a room upgrade, and every staff member was incredibly polite and attentive. The executive lounge was grand and luxurious, with a wide variety of breakfast options, and the pool was perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. A special shout-out to the lovely ladies at the executive lounge who were so warm, polite, and provided wonderful service. It was truly a fantastic travel experience, thank you!

The hotel was easy to find and offered convenient underground parking. The overall environment was very comfortable, and both the cleanliness and service were excellent. The breakfast was also very satisfying.

This was the perfect hotel for me in Kunming. I gave the 6 out of 5 ratings for new, great, clean facilities and wonderful breakfast. But most of all I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. Among them I want to highlight the hotel manager Zhou Chingmin who provided great checkin and orientation. I was not feeling well due to the high altitude and she was so kind to provide me with air cleaner and to inform me that they could find oxygen canister if I needed one. She was an example of customer care expert and I am very greaful for that.

The stay experience was particularly good! The front desk and room service were very thoughtful, and the whole smile service made people feel very warm. The breakfast was clean and delicious, the local flavor was very good, with the freshly brewed Yunnan small coffee, the aroma was strong, the taste was smooth, and the good mood of the day was lit up. Cost-effective, I will choose this one next time!

I often travel to Kunming for business. My usual hotel was fully booked due to a group event, so I searched on Ctrip and found this Hampton by Hilton. It's super convenient, only about a kilometer from my company. I wasn't disappointed after checking in – the service was warm, the room was clean, and the facilities were complete. I originally booked only one night, but due to traffic on the highway, I changed my plans and headed straight to Kunming. I called the front desk immediately to reserve an extra room. The receptionist, Leo, was incredibly helpful; he arrived at 4 AM and quickly checked me in, even setting up Wi-Fi. The service after check-in was excellent and attentive. The hotel was very clean, and I highly recommend the four-piece bedding set. The hot water in the shower came instantly with great pressure. The breakfast was also good. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming.

It took me a long time to decide on this place. I was a little worried after seeing some unfavorable reviews, but I finally booked it because it was conveniently located near a subway station. The place is right across the street from Zhujiacun Station on Metro Line 4. There's a logistics center at the intersection, so there's a lot of traffic, so be careful walking. It's conveniently close to Haigeng Dam, Old Street, and more. The subway is a quick, easy, and inexpensive way to get there. The lady at the restaurant was a bit unhelpful, telling me to use Baidu Navigation when I asked for directions. The male owner was very helpful in providing directions to me. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, plenty of hot water, and the bed and quilt don't smell. They're really good about cleaning, and they provide free mineral water. It's a great value.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service, offering welcome fruit and New Year's gifts. It's conveniently located near the highway, making it a great transit point for drivers.
