Amazing
QQUEEN ELE2481I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Ajman Saray. The place is beautiful, especially the beach and the pool area, which made our experience truly enjoyable.
What made our stay even more special was the excellent service from the hotel staff. I would especially like to thank Ms. Ashwini for processing our smooth check-in and for going the extra mile to make us happy and make the day special. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude gave us a very positive impression of the hotel and made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay.
I definitely made the right choice to celebrate my birthday this coming May 24 at this amazing hotel. I’m so excited that my friends and relatives will also experience what I experienced and share happy moments together in such a wonderful place.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with outstanding hospitality.

AABDULLAH DXBI had an overall pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman. The staff were professional, and the amenities were great. However, I noticed some stains on the carpet in the room, which slightly affected the cleanliness impression. I did not try the food, so I can’t comment on that. Other than that, everything was good and comfortable.

HHenrychxThe service of the hotel is very good~ From check in, there is a special person to guide the welcome drink. Valet parking, help send luggage to the room, the same is a lot. The room is very clean and tidy, the pool is great, the hotel's private beach is very close and there are not many people. The only thing that feels not very good is the self-service early. The meal is not rich enough and hot meals need to be ordered instead of picked up

Unfortunately I witnessed one of the Managers making a staff member cry in public on the first floor bar reception yesterday lunch time, this was very unprofessional and he should have taken the staff aside in a room out of customers views! I did not pay for that as a n addition - I believe his name is Rafael, I spotted him a few times huddling with staff in different areas, but the conversation just looked casual not formal.. this is the reason for my score of 3 for service it would be 5 had I not seen the manager
I would like to commend the [Russian] staff in cafe naseem, both at reception and floor runner - the floor runner took my special drinks request and had it prepared by the chef - she is always seen smiling - she should be promoted -
Disha in first floor lounge was very warm and welcoming and made sure my elderly mother was taken care of whilst I was away

MMemory HallWarmly welcomed by the friendly staff. checked in with the attentive Egyptian duty manager, she noticed I was exhausted from the long trip and kindly express checked me into a nice room.
Ajman is a modest laid-back Emirate in comparison to the other bigger globally linked Emirates, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The local Shaikh of this small Emirate of Ajman developed the beach in a beautiful natural way, using the scarce resources they have at hand.
The hotel is beautiful with a nice beach view, the majority of the guests are Europeans who like the sun at the beach ⛱️ . You will be occasionally sharing the hotel with members of the local dynasty that permanently reserve the top floor.

GGuest UserIt was amazing the staff is super friendly especially thanks for Rami who was very welcoming and caring to all the guests the room is spacious et more importantly quiet and confortable with no issue like I didn’t sleep that well for such a long time and I can not thank you enough for that the food is fresh healthy not salty and tasty they give generous portions the service in the restaurant is really good while in Dubai the service and quality are going downhill I was pleased to see that in this hotel the standard of service is still high the manager of the restaurant is always smiling and trying to help you can feel that they really care
