My husband and I are so happy we chose this hotel! We were greeted by the incredibly welcoming owner, Lucien, who took such wonderful care of us throughout our entire stay. His motto truly is 'My home is your home.' We had a double room – a cozy space with a double bed, two bedside tables, a folding console table, and a window with mountain views. The bathroom had a toilet and bidet, along with toiletries and a hairdryer. There was also a small living room and a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking. Breakfast was included and consisted of scrambled eggs with cheese and ham, puff pastry, muffins, fruit, tea, coffee, milk, and juice upon request. While you won't find super-designer flourishes, everything in the house is impeccably clean, cozy, and arranged with taste and love. It felt like visiting grandma in the countryside, where you haven't been seen in ages and are dearly missed! Our heartfelt thanks to Lucien, with wishes for prosperity and good health!

STRENGTHS: - There are various transfer times from the hotel to the center and vice versa. - The breakfast is one of the best I've ever seen (including gluten free options) - Clean and functional gym, sauna and pool. - The room is spacious and has a view of either the lake or the mountains. - Everything very clean - Very polite and helpful staff - There is a restaurant in the hotel with a varied menu and good prices.

The host is very friendly and responsive in answering our questions. The apartment locates in the center of the tourist area which makes shopping and dining very convenient. However, the amenities and facilities need improvement.

I enjoy my stay here. The short work to the beach with a spectacular view. Although a little far away from the pier but with free shuttle and reasonable price taxi, there is not an issue. Breakfast is simple but good enough for me.

The reception staff was friendly and communicative. The room door opened with an electronic code. The heating was adequate. Small inconveniences: The water from the shower came out irregularly, sometimes hot and sometimes cold, and there was only one bathtub. The breakfast was continental American, mainly bread, simple and normal, with little variety.

The location is good, you can go straight to the bus stop on the right hand side, and go straight to the seaside pier for about 5 streets on the left hand. You can find a travel agency to report to the local group, which is very convenient. In addition, in the left hand side of the door, there is a relatively large supermarket at the street corner and then turn left. You can buy sparse noodles and other vegetables to bring back to the hostel's kitchen to cook for yourself, which is very convenient. Breakfast is very simple, but there are fruits such as apples, oranges, etc., and raw eggs. You can ask the staff to help you ripen them. The room we lived in was on the second floor, and the toilet water box was constantly flowing, and there was no way to solve it after telling the staff. In general, it is recommended.

Вместо кондиционера или батарей используется система «теплый пол». Wi-Fi бесплатный (работает неплохо). Сотрудники на ресепшене вежливые, зона ресепшена большая и удобная — при необходимости можно сдать вещи на хранение перед вылетом за 5-7 тыс. ARS.

Excellent apartment. Everything you need for a short stay. The staff were very helpful. Our bus was late so we were going to miss check in. But we contact the number provided and they send the digital the by email email. Would recommend these apartments to everyone.

Actually I didn't stay. I asked a taxi to find it around 10 am and went there, but I was very troubled because I couldn't understand the words just because there was a cleaning person. I understood the intention of translation on the mobile phone app ”There is no front desk here. ---- Please go”, so I asked him to call a taxi and went there. While I was talking in one word like the main store ⁉️, I was lucky to be able to stay there.
