The best hotel in the whole Je Austria-Hungary, the experience is very good, it is a surprise. The hotel has very nice breakfast and the hotel is monument time. The hotel is located right beside the shopping street which is very convenient with a lot of food choices before the shop is closed. It is also served by a tram system that can bring you to the train station overall a very nice hotel to stay with friend.

We booked the hotel because of an Asian festival right next door. The Arte Hotel also has a very good location. Right on the Danube. You can walk across the bridge straight into the lively center, where you'll find everything you need. The nightlife is very lively on weekends. There's a garage for €19 a day, and you can drive straight from the garage to your room. There's a short-term parking zone right in front of the hotel, which is particularly worthwhile from 12 p.m. on Saturdays and free on Sundays. The minimum deposit is one euro, but I didn't think you need a ticket when parking is free. I wasn't sure. Breakfast is optional, but we didn't take advantage of it. Apparently there's also a sauna and fitness center, which we didn't use.

Nice staffs and easy checkin and out.Great location and they got a spacious parking lot. They got the self serviced laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Great choice for road trip travelers or backpackers. But our room needs more cleaning, there are still dust and others’ hair when we get in the room.

Alles top! Das Team war sehr freundlich und der Zimmerwechsel aufgrund des fehlenden Warmwassers verlief schnell und völlig unkompliziert. Einziger Verbesserungspunkt: Dass die Zimmerreinigung bis zum Vortag per QR-Code angemeldet werden muss, ist für Gäste zu wenig sichtbar. Dieser Hinweis sollte beim Check-in und im Zimmer deutlich präsenter kommuniziert werden.

The only downside was the noise level from the soundscape rehearsal late in the evening. It was fine at 8 pm, but until 10:30 pm it was really unacceptable. Please forward this to the tourist office. Not everyone is on vacation. There are also business travelers who need to work on their laptops in their rooms in the evenings. With that massive percussion and drumming, that wasn't possible. Beautiful and impressive, no doubt, but the timing was unacceptable. You can't expect that just two days before the event. Otherwise, I wouldn't have booked with you. Located on the coast of the Danube, quiet, comfortable, restaurant has small but fine map for dinner Parking in the parking house under the hotel, with €18 not very cheap but outside the hotel at the old port are hardly available. 1km away you can find a Cineplex with center and restaurant

It's a little far from Linz station, but it's convenient to move around because there is a bus stop in front of you. There is also a SPAR nearby, so I think it would be nice to have daily necessities there. I think breakfast can be slow because there are not many people and people when I go early.

At the beginning, I didn’t care to check in by myself. I kept on the entrance to the door. I tried to call and no one listened. Finally, I called 3 or 4 times to inform the password to open the key.
