"We booked a standard double room. Overall, it matched the description. We'd recommend choosing a different room type, as the standard room is quite small for two people. We had to pay an extra 40 manat for early check-in, so keep that in mind. Housekeeping came every other day, but I suspect it might be daily since we usually woke up late. The location is super convenient, which is definitely the best thing about this hotel. As for places to eat, our tip is to go for breakfast at Milk Lab in White City – they have wonderful and beautiful breakfast options. (It's easy to get there on bus 10 or 88A.) For other trips, taking a taxi is more convenient but can be slow due to traffic."

"The location is very good, right at the entrance to the old town, very convenient. The hotel is relatively old and outdated. There are ants on the bed. Cars cannot enter, and it takes about 6 minutes to walk to the hotel after dropping off the passengers. It is a 5-minute walk from the Maiden Tower. It is very close to the pedestrian street and bar street in front of the theater. In fact, it takes 12-15 minutes to walk to the Caspian Sea. The hotel itself is also a ruin."

"The hotel is newly renovated and the service was excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied. However, it's more like an apartment building with only a few rooms and no elevator. Also, the actual hotel facade looks quite different from what's shown in the promotional pictures; I almost couldn't find it when I arrived."

"The location is convenient; you can take the airport shuttle bus directly from the airport. The room is very spacious with a large floor-to-ceiling window offering an expansive view, and the cleanliness is acceptable. It's very easy to get to the old town and the beach. The only downside is that it's hard to hail a taxi, as taxis can't stop directly in front of the hotel; you have to go to a nearby street to catch one."

"The reception, the floor staff, the staff of the dining room are very interesting and kind. Generally clean and wonderful. Because some rooms are upside, the windows should not be reserved while being careful, the chairs in the rooms have been a little old. In general, the staff were clean, involved and a great location. My 6-year-old son and I stayed comfortable and safe. The breakfast room was very good and hospitality. Thanks to the reception officer Sona and also to the food room manager Zaur Bey."

The hotel itself is similar to a 'Fullon Hotel' in China – very clean, tidy, and with great facilities. The rooms are bright and spacious with sparkling clean windows. The service was also good.
