Check-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait.
The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay.
When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not.
If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in.
Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10).
The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English.
The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

sam0506We always stay at this hotel, and as usual, the property is very pleasant, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff is particularly professional, welcoming, and attentive.
We sincerely thank the reception staff for their responsiveness and quality service. It's this professionalism that will make us want to return.

MsJin says hilton is trash
This Warwick hotel is approximately 300 meters from the Central Station and about 150 meters from Brussels' Grand Place. It has its own private parking right next to the hotel. There's a rooftop bar with a view, which I peeked at but didn't visit, mainly because it was on the same floor as my room, and from my living room window and even from bed, I had fantastic views of the cathedral and Grand Place, among other sights.
We booked the Executive Warwick Suite, which was comfortably spacious for us. Upon entering, there's a restroom, and housekeeping had already prepared the sofa bed. The bathroom featured a double vanity, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The tissues were conveniently placed, the bath mats were neatly arranged, and the toiletries were from the French brand Nuxe. The hotel's amenities were comprehensive, including bottled water, disposable slippers, a refrigerator, a valet stand, ironing facilities, and a safe for umbrellas. My favorite feature, however, was that the room was soundproof.
From the living room and bedroom windows, the daytime view was actually less appealing than the night view; Brussels looked a bit run-down with not much to see.
Cons:
1. The TV in the bedroom required viewing at an angle, though there was another TV above the refrigerator in the living room.
2. Neither of the two wardrobes had a designated area for hanging wet clothes.
3. The hairdryer required constant pressing to operate and tended to generate static electricity.

calywenaSo close but not so far from the old town or maybe the attractions which is good, if you’re staying inside around the grand palace, it may get noisy so this place is really in a good place so location is very strategic 😘 From the train station (Midi Station), 2 stops away and you can walk to the hotel easily 🫶🏻 This hotel is kinda old so it gives off the old vibes but you got what you need and breakfast is good 😄 everybody is so welcoming ~ if you’re in a budget and still want a good hotel to stay, here is the place 👍🏻 thank you 🫰🏻

Best location ever. It is right next to the Grote Market and just 2 mins walk to the Brussels Central Station. Close proximities to all the attractions and restaurant. The hotel is clean and well sound-proofed. The staff were very helpful with early check-in. I have left my necklaces in the hotel room before leaving brussels and wrote in to the hotel which replied promptly that they have found it and will arrange for the courier of my necklace to my home country. Really appreciate their help. The only downside is that they didnt provide indoor slippers. It costs 5 euros for a pair.

The nicest budget hotel I ever stayed in. 24/7 free hot drinks, microwave and room size is big enough for 2 people. Hotel staff all are so friendly. Very close to the tram station Bailly. Just one note the way reaching to the hotel is quite a hike, so if you hate hassle with luggage, consider take taxi. But we are totally fine and very satisfied with this hotel. Thanks for making our stay very memorable in Brussels.

Guest UserLovely boutique hotel in a perfect location steps away from Grand Place, clean, comfortable, nice staff. Quirky little decor details made it special. Great for a short break.

nursewandererI arrived early and was fortunately allowed to check in ahead of time. The check-in process was fine overall, and although the hotel felt a bit like a maze, I was given directions to my room. The lift was very small and quite old, so I chose not to use it again afterward.
The hotel interior was beautiful and matched the Moroccan-inspired vibe shown online. Even the hallway had a pleasant smell, which added to the atmosphere. However, my room was located in the basement and required going down a few small stairs. It was a bit dark and honestly felt slightly unsettling at times. The lighting inside the room was also quite dim.
The room appeared clean, although there was a woody smell and the linens seemed a little damp, or at least smelled that way. On the positive side, the toilet was clean and had all the expected amenities, and the shower was excellent with hot water warming up quickly.
I also appreciated being allowed to leave my bag after checkout, although I was simply told to leave it in the corner. The staff and owner were friendly throughout my stay, and I was even offered to use the toilet when I returned later to collect my luggage, which was thoughtful.
The highlight of the hotel is definitely its excellent location, with close proximity to both the Grand Place and the train station.
