"Very clean hotel in a quiet location, just a 10-minute tram ride from the city center. The service was very friendly, and complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby. The Art Museum is a 15-minute walk away, and the city center can be reached in 30 minutes on foot. Highly recommended for a short city break."
"The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious enough, and breakfast is excellent. The free parking lot outside the hotel is huge. It's a bit of a distance from the central train station and the old town, requiring public transportation, but getting around is convenient, with several tram stops not far away. A taxi back cost 30 euros."
"Excellent location! It’s super convenient for catching FlixBus or trains from the central station. Situated right at the crossroads of the New and Old Towns, there are tons of supermarkets, restaurants, and bars nearby. If you're feeling lazy, you can even grab a self-service pizza from the hotel lobby (around 9-11 euros). The lobby itself is great, with many guests socializing and dining there. Most importantly, the price is incredibly good value for money! The city tax is also very low, making it much more affordable than hotels in the Netherlands or France."
"Super nice and trendy hotel located in one of Antwerp's most beautiful and vibrant neighborhoods – Antwerp-South, right by a lovely park, parking garages, and amenities. With the tram right outside, you can be in the city center in just 10 minutes. The hotel itself is stylish and modern. Check-in is at the bar, where you immediately receive a delicious welcome cocktail. The hotel lounge is a chic bar with great music or a DJ, and a good menu for snacks, dinner, and drinks. The hotel rooms aren't huge, but they are modern, sleek, and functional, perfect for a weekend in Antwerp. The beds are comfortably firm, and the rooms are well-insulated. Definitely worth a visit!"
"Overall our expectations were exceeded, we have been traveling for almost 90 days and this has been the best hotel we have stayed. The room was clean and well appointed. The location is a short walk from the central train station through a safe neighborhood. The staff was friendly and quick to make any request happen. The staff appears to care for the hotel and customers as if they had a true interest in the outcome of everyone who passed through their doors. Thanks again for the excellent stay."
"Excellent location, minutes away from the city centre. The hotel is well-designed, staffs are friendly and incredibly helpful. Room is well-equipped, very spacious and has a high ceiling. It also has large windows which let in plenty of sunlight. Bed and mattress are comfortable. Bathroom is reasonably-sized, and has all the things one needs. Water pressure and temperature are excellent. The room is soundproof from the street noise, but not from the hallway, so the door-closing noise from the next room can be loud enough to wake one’s up in the morning. The room is largely clean, but the shower curtain needs more frequent washing. All and all, it was an excellent stay."
"6 min walk from Antwerp Central Station. Easy to get to many places in the city. That’s the only pro. The room was old and equipped with aged facilities. They won’t provide basic hotel stuff in the room such as cleaning sets, bath ropes etc until you go down to front desk to ask from them (yes they won’t bring them up, you have to go down yourself). The A/C switch was not easy to operate, what was set on switch did not match the temp I felt. Pillows quite uncomfortable. Some lady staff at reception were nice to offer help. But some guy staff seemed they were reluctant to work. I checked in at night and it passed shop normal operating hours. The hotel didn’t offer complementary water. There was no vending machine inside or near hotel. There was no kettle provided in the room! So boiling water is not an option. They forced you to drink bottled water from minibar. And everything from minibar was ridiculously expensive. Water is 2-3 x the price of what you pay at local supermarket. A total rip-off. Would definitely not choose this place again."
"Excellent location, just 5 minutes from the train station and close to both a metro and tram stop. The service was professional and friendly.
The room and facilities were very clean.
Complimentary hot drinks and water are available 24/7.
There's a pleasant terrace for smokers or just to enjoy a drink in the sun.
The bar has affordable prices.
I highly recommend it!"
"Solo traveler here, stayed at this hostel and it was hands down the best I've ever stayed in!
* The common areas and hallways are even more stylish and clean than a regular hotel.
* Towels and earplugs are provided for free by the bed.
* The lockers are quite large, and you can lock them with your room key, no need for an extra padlock.
* The curtains are very substantial, offering excellent privacy.
* Each bed has both an outlet and a USB port.
* There's a shelf above the bed, perfect for placing your belongings.
* The beds are sturdy and don't creak at all.
* Separate bathrooms and toilets, and the shower rooms are spacious.
* You get free access to a coffee machine and a gym.
* Laundry facilities and a copier are also available.
* The tap water is drinkable.
* There's an ALDI supermarket right next door.
It's about a 25-minute tram ride from the main square, but everything else is so fantastic that I didn't mind the location at all. For 4000 yen, you'd be hard-pressed to find a hostel of this quality. If you're coming to Antwerp, you absolutely *must* stay here!"
"The room's furniture and decor are quite good – new, comfortable, and clean. There were no slippers (I had my own, so I didn't ask the hotel; maybe like some European hotels, you have to specifically request them, or perhaps they don't provide them at all). The bathroom was clean and new, but the towels were just so-so (clean, not dirty, but the quality wasn't great).
The female receptionist was a bit condescending and had an odd demeanor. She sent an intern to handle my check-in, but then came out to whisper with the intern when it was time to pay, insisting on charging a double city tax for a single person. The whole experience was far from ideal, even though I'd like to avoid labeling her as stingy. The male receptionist next to her, however, provided much better service and was more efficient. For travelers arriving or departing Antwerp by train, the hotel's location is excellent, just a one-minute walk to the station."

Great
AAnonymous UserHow should I describe this hotel? Actually, the location is great, the environment is great, the price is reasonable, and the room even has a kitchen and washing machine. Maybe because I stayed in a room by myself, the design of this hotel building is very unique. It actually has two buildings, but I happened to stay in the other building, so I had to walk a long way and it was very deep. I'm not afraid of walking, but every time I had to go back to the room, for some reason it was very quiet... very quiet... It was a bit scary (after all, the corridor is really deep) (you have to go down a short flight of stairs and take two different elevators). As for the environment and the room, it was great, but I was really scared to go back to the room during the two days I stayed there (I didn't have this feeling when I stayed in other hotels).
GGuest UserGreat location, just a two-minute walk from the train station and close to a metro station, making it very convenient for visiting the Christmas markets. The room was a bit small, and the shampoo and shower gel dispenser was broken, which was slightly inconvenient. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and was very good. Special thanks to Momo at the front desk for the friendly, funny, and welcoming service on our check-out day.
AAlicebeautyNice room ,the space is quite big and look comfortable.
The hygiene is good! Very clean!
The breakfast place is acceptable bit the variety of food is not more. The picked food areas are not very big enough to many people to line up to pick good!
I recommend all come to have breakfast as early as you can.
Overall I sleep well in the night! Thank you!
The housekeeper is helpful. The reception desk is helpful too.
The venue is good so I can save money to go shopping center and MA go music institute. Thanks

The Aparthotel Antwerp was perfect for our working vacation. Here’s what made our stay exceptional:
• Ideal for Remote Work: Two spacious tables provided an excellent and comfortable workspace.
• All the Essentials: The well-equipped kitchen and on-site laundry were incredibly convenient.
• Super-Comfortable Bed: We slept wonderfully in the very cozy and comfortable bed.
• Beautiful Mornings: Waking up to the sunrise from our window was a serene way to start each day.
• Outstanding Service: The staff provided a smooth early check-in, which was a lifesaver after our journey.
We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
SSherry1031The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the train station. I didn’t bring an adapter, but the front desk kindly lent me one. Everything was great during my stay
GGuest UserI am very happy that I chose this hotel for my trip. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from the station, and along the way there are many restaurants and supermarkets. There are also plenty of dining options and shops near the hotel, which is very convenient.
The breakfast environment is calm and relaxing, with a wide variety of food, and everything tastes very good. The hotel staff are polite, and there is sparkling water available in the lobby.
The room is comfortable, clean, and very practical. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
PPangdachihaowanhaoVery close to the Central Station, just a 5-minute walk. However, the hotel's Wi-Fi had some issues; I could connect but there was no internet. The room was also a bit old. Overall, it was okay, nothing special but not bad either.
GGuest UserAs a long-time hostel user from the 1970s, I was pleasantly surprised at this hostel/hotel. It was a quite a long way from the 70s! Mostly due to the fact that they had twin-for-single-use rooms with a nice toilet/shower and included towels, though I'd brought my own thinking they wouldn't be. The beds (two singles pushed together) were relatively comfortable, and the duvets were warm enough considering there was no heat as it was ”between seasons”. Shower was small but hot and powerful enough.
Location was of course excellent, being directly outside the main centraal station, and a couple steps from a large supermarket (and nearly directly on the main shopping area with every shop/food/etc you could ever want or need.
Check-in was super easy and the receptionist was extremely nice, warm and welcoming. Though I didn't partake of breakfast as I felt it was pretty expensive for being a hostel (the name being synonymous with ”inexpensive/cheap”), I did see a very crowded breakfast room in the morning when I went down for hot water for my portable Aeropress. Thankfully they had no issue with giving me hot water that was saving me the 3 euro for a tiny coffee :-)
Price-to-value ratio -- I'm not quite sure about this, as the twin-for-single-use was really only about 5-10 euro less expensive than quite a few full-service hotels in the same centraal station area. As I wasn't in a ”dormitory with multiple beds”, I can't speak to the comfort or quiet of those rooms. Rooms on the 8th floor were not exactly ”quiet” as doors had a tendency to slam shut, but whether that's just a design flaw or simply people not really caring, I don't know (including blasting television and music...c'mon! Have a bit of consideration, you're not alone in the hostel/hotel.). Would I recommend it over others just a few meters away? I might have a tough time doing that. But I spent a relatively pleasant night overall.
AAnonymous UserThe stay overall was nice, had good breakfast, and great location. The rooms were really cold and the little electric heater sadly didn’t do us much justice. Maybe not ideal for colder seasons. Also the pictures didn’t clearly show that the shower would be in the room with nothing to cover the part? The pictures pf the room we booked showed a seperate bathroom so we were confused. Not ideal for family settings but we only stayed two nights which made it more bearable.
