"Overall, an excellent hotel, but the internet connection is very poor. It's located in the heart of the old town. The rooms are spacious, and they provide a tea set and replenish water. However, there's no shampoo or conditioner in the shower."

"Location is what stood out for me first - the ease to roam around Brugge as a solo traveler has really been perfected by this. The bar staff is so knowledgeable as well about local beers and I do get that it’s their job, but he’s explained clearly without being condescending at all as it was my first time visiting and I am quite particular about my beer. "Easily accessible from the train station by bus 2 (15-minute ride - you can pay with a credit card on the bus). I recommend buying day tickets for €9 at the train station - this allows you to travel as often as you like throughout the day - buses every 10 minutes. Generally: Hotel more like 3*, breakfast more like 2* 4* used to be 40 years ago - not much has changed in the hotel since then - patina everywhere (especially the Japanese garden) There are only 3 floors - we had a view of the roof of the neighboring building. Plus points: Very spacious rooms, drinking fountain for tea making, e.g., in the lobby, refrigerator in the room. Coffee at breakfast is usually a disaster in every hotel - however, there is a coffee machine that brews freshly and even has decaf beans - drinkable."

"My bunkbed didn’t have a curtain so I asked to change at reception. Unfortunately, I was changed to a bunkbed next to the door which was unnecessarily loud. On my last night there there was also a constant beeping that everyone complained about. It’s a clean hostel with a pub, which was pretty cool. My room was in a building separate to the pub. The kitchen was great with a cute outside area to eat. It’s a bit of a walk to the train station but there are buses."

"First of all, I took the Flix bus to Bruges Station. After getting off the bus, I entered the train station and went to the other side to find Kiss & Ride Station Take the Bruges free city shuttle bus to get on the bus. I don't need to pay. I will get on when I see the car. Google search Kiss & ride voorkant Station, it takes about seven or eight minutes to go to the station near the hotel Stadsschouwburg, which is very convenient. The hotel address is very good. It takes only three minutes to walk to the clock tower. You can also walk to other attractions. You can walk for more than 2 hours to walk. If you are tired, you will go back to the hotel to go to the toilet and drink water before leaving. Health is not big, the kettle, capsule coffee machine and the water that was not cleaned last time. The room was small, but the bed was very comfortable and the hotel staff was very welcoming. I will consider staying in Bruges next time."

"A very good experience; the hotel is small and exquisite. The bed was very comfortable, especially the bedding. Cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. The fruit was large and fresh. The boiled eggs were particularly thoughtful, with separate 10-minute and 3.5-minute options. It was a very convenient short walk to the old town. The only problem was that they called to check out right at 11 am. I helped my elderly relatives pack their luggage, but then I couldn't open my own room door."

"Chose this hotel again for the *******e time; simply amazing in a word! Delicious, extensive breakfast, wonderful beds, and the location is good in relation to the city center. I use a wheelchair myself, but that was taken into account as well. In short, looking for a few carefree days in Bruges? Then this hotel is highly recommended!!"
