"We had a very enjoyable stay in Antwerp. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Central Station, with the added bonus of a Starbucks opening at 6:00 a.m. nearby. Our junior suite was spacious, and the large sofa made the room feel especially comfortable. The huge shower was another highlight, but the real standout was the memory foam mattress. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable and made the stay feel quite special. The room rate itself was attractive, although several extras were charged separately. Parking and breakfast are understandable, but €2 for a capsule of rather average coffee felt excessive. I am not saying Starbucks serves exceptional coffee, but at least it is a recognised brand. Charging €7 to use the pool was also unusual, although it was at least available for guests who wanted it. Overall, this was still a five-star experience for us. The spacious room, excellent location and, above all, the fantastic bedding made the stay memorable."

"The crew is always very helpful and kind. I love the rooms - they are very spacious, clean and have everything you need. Large mirror and area to get ready in the morning. Perfect location, right next to the station so easy when you arrive by train. The bed is huge, and very comfortable. This is my second stay here and my go-to hotel when in Antwerp."

"I am very happy that I chose this hotel for my trip. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from the station, and along the way there are many restaurants and supermarkets. There are also plenty of dining options and shops near the hotel, which is very convenient. The breakfast environment is calm and relaxing, with a wide variety of food, and everything tastes very good. The hotel staff are polite, and there is sparkling water available in the lobby. The room is comfortable, clean, and very practical. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends."

"Excellent location, just 5 minutes from the train station and close to both a metro and tram stop. The service was professional and friendly. The room and facilities were very clean. Complimentary hot drinks and water are available 24/7. There's a pleasant terrace for smokers or just to enjoy a drink in the sun. The bar has affordable prices. I highly recommend it!"

"Excellent location, minutes away from the city centre. The hotel is well-designed, staffs are friendly and incredibly helpful. Room is well-equipped, very spacious and has a high ceiling. It also has large windows which let in plenty of sunlight. Bed and mattress are comfortable. Bathroom is reasonably-sized, and has all the things one needs. Water pressure and temperature are excellent. The room is soundproof from the street noise, but not from the hallway, so the door-closing noise from the next room can be loud enough to wake one’s up in the morning. The room is largely clean, but the shower curtain needs more frequent washing. All and all, it was an excellent stay."

"Warm welcome from the receptionist and given a clean, nice room facing The Opera. Location was perfect, near Central Station and the shopping street that take you right to historic centre. Breakfast selection left a lot to be desired though. I would still recommend staying here."

"The room was spacious and very comfortable. I was also grateful for the bathtub. It was a shame that there was trash on the floor, but other than that there were no other issues. The staff were mostly kind and their clear English was easy to understand, which was helpful. There was a drinks corner in the lobby where we could enjoy water and a cafe. The hotel also has a simple convenience store where you can buy something."

"The room was quite spacious, and the bedding was comfortable and clean, with a good desk for working. However, during my three-night stay, there was no housekeeping service to clean the room or change the sheets. There's no on-site parking, so you have to park next door. It's close, but a bit pricey – 22 euros for 8-24 hours. The hotel is very close to the cathedral and other attractions, with most main sights just a 5-15 minute walk away."

"In terms of value for money, my partner and I confidently give it a solid 5*. Book with breakfast included — it will save you a significant amount of money. There are a few minor points to be aware of: The city itself is very expensive. The lift and electricity in the room only work when the key card is inserted. At breakfast, you can make Belgian waffles yourself, although using an American-style waffle iron. There are some visible signs of wear and tear, and our shower leaked slightly onto the tiles. Everything else about the hotel was excellent. The morning coffee is very good."

"Had a very pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming, both at the front desk and in the breakfast area. You feel immediately welcome. The room might have been a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable, perfectly fine for a pleasant stay. The only minor drawback was the absence of a refrigerator in the room. The location is truly perfect, making this hotel an excellent base for exploring the area. All in all, a very positive experience. I would definitely stay here again."
