"Traveling with my teenage daughter and my family of three, the hotel was old but very clean. Three single beds and even a bathtub – excellent value for money. It's in a great location for exploring the city on foot. Parking was an issue though; the Victoria car park directly in front has a height limit of 1.8m, so my car couldn't fit. I ended up parking at a nearby car park for 30 Euros a day. The sink drained slowly, and when I asked to change rooms, they didn't have any available, but they kindly offered a complimentary breakfast for three, which was satisfying. For reference, after I poured hot water down the sink about three times, the water started draining a bit faster, haha."

"This hotel is really close to the FlixBus station, which is great if you're taking a lot of buses. It's a bit of a walk to the train station, about 15 minutes. There are two small restaurants right across the street, but not much else around since it's on a corner. Overall, it's pretty good and a decent stay."

"It is def one of my fav hostel Good location ,clean,really pretty inside Especially the room I stayed was only 4beds and I felt it’s bigger than other hostel, My fav place was Lounge and Kitchen The Kitchen has everything and you basically can cook anything I’d recommend for long stay !! "One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone; everything was amazing,from location and the staff. You can truly feel the high-quality, star-level service here. They helped us with everything and made our stay very comfortable. "A wonderful hotel right next to the Botanical Gardens. Quiet rooms. Sadly, however, the doors are quite thin and have a gap at the bottom, so you can hear everything that is happening outside of your room and also can hear everything that’s happening inside the rooms when you are in the hallway. Besides, the bathroom door is incredibly thin and the bathrooms are very echoey, so travelling not solo might introduce some awkwardness if you are one of the people with shy bladders. Other than that, everything was great. Clean, friendly, top service."

"The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there's a convenient underground parking garage right next door. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. There's a water dispenser in the hallway and a capsule coffee machine in the room. The room itself is spacious, but the cleaning wasn't quite up to par, as there were items left behind by the previous guest. The shower area in the bathroom becomes very slippery when wet, posing a fall risk, and the toilet door doesn't have a lock."

"Pros: 1. **Convenient Location:** The hotel is right above various transportation hubs, including bus stops, tram stations, and a subway station. 2. **Close to Train Station:** The train station is large and very close; I walked there in 8 minutes, and the path was good, making it easy to pull my luggage. 3. **Modern Room Amenities:** The room has full electronic controls and air conditioning, so the hardware facilities are quite good. 4. **Modern Art Vibe:** I really liked the modern art atmosphere throughout the building. There were also many art books by world-renowned modern artists nearby, which I took some time to browse. 5. **Fresh Linens:** The bedding was relatively new, well-laundered, and neatly ironed. 6. **Excellent Breakfast:** The breakfast was fantastic! There was a chef making omelets to order, smoked salmon, and a variety of hot dishes every day. 7. **Shopping Nearby:** There's a large shopping mall and a commercial street just across the road. Cons: 1. **Housekeeping Issue:** One day, I turned on the 'make up room' light and left. The housekeeping department didn't clean my room. When I returned in the evening and saw them outside the neighboring room, I asked them to clean mine as soon as possible, and I went to the lobby to wait. After an hour and forty minutes, I came back, and the room still hadn't been cleaned. This felt disrespectful to me. I spoke to the front desk, and after a few more tens of minutes, I inquired again, and the room was finally cleaned. This issue didn't happen again. 2. **Water Stains:** Some of the facilities had white limescale, which should be cleaned more thoroughly."

"We had a really pleasant stay at nhow Brussels Bloom. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was well-organized, and the amenities were excellent. Perfect for a stay with friends in Brussels!"

"There was little information regarding check-in procedures upon arrival. We tried calling the number provided but received no answer. We had to wait for someone to leave before we could enter, but we finally managed and were warmly welcomed. The hallways smelled musty and of cigarettes, which gave a bad impression right from the start. Once we arrived in our room, everything seemed fine at first glance, until we opened the bathroom door… A nauseating smell wafted out. The sink faucet had to be turned on at a certain flow rate, otherwise we would get sprayed, and the shower head was broken, and the water flow was extremely weak (making it impossible to wash our hair)."

"The hotel is near to the airport so it is convenient for us since we had a 11am flight. There are some free public carpark outside the hotel. The breakfast started early so we could have breakfast before we went to the airport. The room given to us was big so we had lots of space for 3 of us. The reception staff was friendly and helpful when we had problem connecting to the wifi."
