"The hotel is in a great location. The service is very good, they always respond promptly.
The garage is very tight, and sometimes it is almost empty to put the car, and I wasn't late from shopping.
The room was reserved with 2 beds (1 couple and 1 single), only one bed was made with a dressed and one with a no, one with a dresser and another no. The room is very tight, but for the value paid in Victoria, it is good."

No. 1 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Espirito Santo"I booked a double room and when I arrived I discovered that the bed was actually two single beds that had been pushed together. I went to celebrate my anniversary and had to sleep with a hole in the middle of the bed. When I checked in I was informed that the hotel was full, and since I had already removed all my clothes from my suitcase, I didn't contact the reception, especially because it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that the bed assigned to me will be the same one that was reserved. I also found the air conditioning to be weak, as if something was blocking it. The breakfast, especially the sweet options, were not tasty and left much to be desired."

Invincible sea view, you can see the sunrise, many people are swimming and sunbathing on the beach on Saturdays and Sundays. The recommended choice of the last number of two beds is 00 or 11. The room is bigger.

GGuest UserThe hotel has an excellent location very close to a bar and restaurant area. It has many shopping near and just a few squares from the beach of the city. I felt it was a safe place. Very good attention to your staff. The hotel is very clean and modern. The room was very good and I had a very comfortable bed and I stayed a little bit small, though I have to say I knew it was to be by my choice when booking. Breakfast was very good. I would certainly return to this place.

GGuest UserO hotel é bom, a limpeza também estava ok, e o atendimento foi excelente. A comida é agradável e, no geral, tive uma boa experiência. No entanto, o que não me agradou foi o elevador — ele é bem antigo, faz muito barulho e não possui as especificações técnicas expostas, como a data da última inspeção, o que me deixou insegura, principalmente por estar hospedada no 12º andar. Tirando isso, gostei bastante do atendimento e dos demais serviços do hotel.

GGuest UserHostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!
