"The hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained and the environment is very good. What was unexpected was the extremely unfriendly attitude of the front desk staff. At first, I thought they were unfriendly because my booking was from Trip.com (meaning I couldn't earn IHG member points), but after staying, I realized the front desk simply had poor service awareness. I came to Toronto for a game on the 20th. I arrived at the front desk at 2 PM, but the room wasn't ready, so I stored my luggage and checked in at 11 PM. The next day, I left at 10 AM and returned at 11 PM to find the room still hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk to complain, and an Indian man gave a perfunctory response and then hung up on me, which infuriated me... I called the front desk again, and an Asian woman answered. She was still perfunctory but eventually agreed to send towels and drinking water to the room. Traveling all this way and paying a high price for such an experience has really soured my impression of Toronto as a city. IHG, goodbye."

"這次是非常臨時的決定，在trip.com選擇了距離多倫多植物園（愛德華公園）近在咫尺的别墅，即使在接近午夜的時間才到，别墅的主人夫婦還在親自等候。室内寬敞明亮，男主人還介紹幾間套房供選擇，每間都看起來極為舒適，我們入住的這間還有電動按摩椅免費使用。 一早起床看窗外街道感到非常寧靜，原來別墅位於極優雅的地區；雖然入住不含早餐，女主人一早仍準備了豐盛的牛奶水果等餐點，廚房設備一應俱全全，自己煮食都沒有問題。我們夫妻倆人和女主人邊喝茶邊聊天，非常愉快。走路不需10鐘即可到達的多倫多植物園是我們選擇此別墅的主要原因，卻發現此別墅是我們住過的民宿CP值極高和值得推薦的。"

"The location of the homestay is good. In the Chinese gathering area of Shijiabao, there are three gas stations and a large Chinese supermarket 100 meters around. It is no problem to cook and buy food by yourself. There are two Chinese car rental shops within one kilometer. It is very inconvenient to have no car in Canada. It is also very convenient to rent and return the car. The owner of the homestay is Chinese, there is no problem with communication between the two sides, and the service is very warm and thoughtful."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was super clean and even though it was a busy time with a concert happening that night, check in was friendly, quick and easy. Plenty of excellent dining options within 5 minutes walk and I would absolutely stay again."

"It's far from the main station and it's far from the airport unless it's Uber, but it was about 10 minutes walk to the nearest station and it was very nice to have everything around the station. I didn't have any trouble with the pharmacy and rice shop from the supermarket. The supermarket was also very cheap and there was a kitchen, so I bought fruits and enjoyed it. It was wider than I expected and it was enough space for two people. Cleanliness is as good as Japan's level, but this amount of money and equipment is enough overseas. I just heard a laughter and an alarm sound in the middle of the night, probably because the walls with the next room were thin."

"Very good hotel easily accessible. Hotel condition is fairly new with good sound insulation from highway noise. Breakfast is good. They also have an ev charger complimentary for hotel guests."

"Overall a good stay. The noise from the street can be disruptive for sleep. The fancy shower system is great but the water pressure is low. The kitchen has lots of useful items."

"The rooms looked a little old, but other than that everything was fine until it came to the bathtub. The frame was not fitted against the floor, so every time you stepped in the entire bottom would move like you were walking on a pool cover. I swear to God I thought I was going to fall through the floor the first time I stepped in. Felt like you were surfing every time you showered and you couldn’t close your eyes for fear of falling over from losing your balance lol. I was in room 452"
