No Safe for property in room but the microwave in room really good for me having night snacks habits. btw , Tim Hortons just right next to the inn, you can enjoy your coffee anytime you want to."

"They have a complimentary schüttle that picks you up just outside the baggage area. Complimentary schüttle to the airport on the hour.The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise as there was actually an excellent protein, boiled eggs, Sausages, yoghurt granola and fruit. They had all the other items such as toast, croissants, bagels, muffins, orange and apple juice, waffles you make yourself, tea or coffee with milk or cream. Every area was clean. Quiet at night. Coffee machine in the room with compliment coffee pods and teas. Pump soap and bar soap Shampoo, cream rinse, lotion, shower cap and makeup remover pads. Plenty of towels."

"The room was spotless and very clean. The price was also affordable, and breakfast was more than sufficient. I noticed that most of the guests were quiet families or cabin crew, which gave me the impression that it's a hotel where everyone can feel safe and comfortable during their stay. It was my first time using the shuttle bus from the airport, and it was easy to find and very convenient."

"The biggest issue with this hotel is that you have to go through a barrier to check in. If you haven't booked the hotel parking, the staff at check-in will be quite grumpy with you. This means you have to pay $4 per hour if you don't exit the parking lot within 15 minutes of passing through that barrier before leaving. This time frame is too short to check in, bring your luggage up, and then get out of the parking lot. The carpets in the room are due for a change."

"The hotel offers shuttle bus from and going to airport, accesibility of the distance to Pearson airport, always clean and complete toiletries, counter check in staffs were courteous and accomodating, housekeeping staffs were polite and helpful always"

"Very friendly staff and efficient check-in at the reception with minimum waiting time. The location is convenient, breakfast is cost efficient and very resourceful. I would highly recommend to stay here for any type of traveler."

"I was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future"

"It was an absolutely pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, and both the reception and service staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was good, offering a sufficient variety of options. I particularly appreciated that guests were allowed to bring breakfast back to their rooms, which was very convenient for me . The location was slightly less convenient as I did not have my own transportation, but there were several restaurants within a 15–20 minute walking distance. Overall, I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. I would be happy to return and stay at this hotel again in the future."
