This hotel was conveniently located on the bus and train line with a beautiful Swiss mountain back-drop. The room was clean, organized, fully functional and quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and had great customer service skills. There was a full-service bar on the entrance level with light bar snacks and good wine and ambiance.

The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from Platform 1 of the train station to the hotel. Getting to Zurich Airport or Zurich main terminal takes about five to eight minutes by car. The room was very clean, and the staff were polite. The hotel has a very trendy and stylish vibe. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

This is a pretty new hotel near the airport so the room is quite clean and nice looking. There are several fast food restaurants and a couple supermarkets nearby, which is convenient. front desk staff are friendly. The only issue was my room’s hot water seems not working so it is a bit annoying that you hope to take a shower but have to withstand some very lukewarm water even though I turned the nob to the highest temperature setting. The front desk listened when I complained during checkout so hopefully they fix it for the next guest. Oh, this hotel has AC, pretty important to have during summer travel in Europe. I still recommend it believing the shower issue was just a single case.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. It's a perfectly functional and convenient hotel with all the necessary amenities. The lobby has self-service check-in and check-out machines, and there's 24-hour front desk service, which was very polite and thoughtful. The lobby is quite spacious, with self-service drink and coffee machines, a microwave, and a small pantry area. There are also many desks and power outlets. The room was spotlessly clean. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. There's a kettle, and the internet speed in the room was excellent – perfect for watching videos on your phone. The hotel is large with many rooms, so I'm not sure if all rooms have equally good signal. Right next to the hotel, in an adjacent building, there are two supermarkets with a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, and daily necessities, plus a pharmacy. The tram stop for Tram 10 is right outside the supermarket. This tram runs between Zurich Airport and Zurich Central Station, making it incredibly convenient to get to the city center or the airport without transfers. What's more, the tram stops are level with the ground, which is great for passengers using wheelchairs or pushing strollers. From the airport, take this tram and get off at the Glattpark stop; the journey only takes about 8-9 minutes. This tram runs almost all day, so early morning or late-night flights are no problem. The ticket price is also reasonable. Plus, the hotel's price offers much better value and conditions compared to renting a similarly priced room in the city. Breakfast was decent.

The first day when we arrived on the 13th of August , the guy at the front desk was very friendly and polite.The hotel is located near tram and train station and bus station so it is was very convenient to go anywhere. Tram is 4mins walk away ,10mins walk to supermarket and train station. And 15mins by tram to the Zurich airport . Hotel cleanliness is an issue, very dusty floor,dirty sink,and dirty toilet bowl. I even asked twice the receptionist the guy on duty if they can clean our room and put a fresh towel but no one came to clean.Room service is not 24hrs. Air conditioning doesn’t cool the room down. I had a really pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room was neat and clean, and the area around the hotel was very nice and convenient. The breakfast had a good variety of options which we enjoyed each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service was excellent as it always arrived right on time. We also loved the pizza we had at the hotel for dinner during our stay. One small thing I really liked was the shower gel it smelled so lovely. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily visit again.

Myself and wife (both Singaporean) celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary and just wrapped up a 15-day self drive vacation to Switzerland and Austria. It's our last stop 1 night stay in Radisson Zurich Airport: received by warm and professional reception staffs, to spacious/absolutely clean well laid-out room with balcony/delicious breakfast/convenient hotel transports to & fro Zurich Airport terminals ..... no words can describe our immense joy and amazements. Strongly recommend Radisson Zurich Airport for anyone looking for peaceful sleep and manageable cost. Thank you once again entire staff at Radisson Zurich Airport .... till we meet again :)

I had a wonderful, quiet room. The staff were very nice and accommodating. My hairdryer was unfortunately broken, but it was replaced directly within 5 minutes. I was very satisfied with everything; it was a perfect, quiet, and relaxing night. The bed was perfect for me, not too hard and not too soft. The airplane noise is barely audible with the windows closed, and I'm quite sensitive to noise. The only thing that was a bit bothersome, if you're really looking for something to criticize, was in the morning when the cleaning crew was talking on speakerphone in the hallway, asking if the respective rooms had checked out yet. Everything else was absolutely great for one night and for me.

We wanted to stay near the airport. It's about 12-15 minutes away by airport bus, can't walk. To take the bus to the hotel is free but from the hotel to the airport must pay 9CHF. The hotel rooms are small and not the newest. The single beds are very small so we pushed them together. They only give one pillow per bed. The curtains are ok but there is light coming in the whole night, it's not a great choice if you are sensitive to light. The bathroom wall is actually a window, and the curtain to block the window is too small. So if you need to use the toilet while your partner is sleeping then the light makes the whole room very bright. We did like that at all. The wall sockets to charge your phone are not very convenient . Next door is a Mcdonald's. And across the street is a small strip mall with Aldi and Migros. To take an uber to the City Centre will take about 20 minutes. The local small train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.

This hotel location is perfect, only 4-5 mins walk from Oerlikon Station, which is 9 mins train to airport and 10 mins to Zurich HB. There are lots of restaurants around and 2 big supermarkets which is next to the hotel. The staff are very helpful and give good advices for sightseeing. The room is spacious and clean. The little kitchen is well equipped.
