"Our first visit to the lovely city of Basel and the hotel is well situated on Clarastrasse, which was just a short 10-minute tram ride from the Basel SBB main train station. It is well connected to many parts of the city with the tram stop just a minute from the entrance. There is a Coop supermarket and a nice Klara food court with a great atmosphere for meals on the same stretch. The room was clean, bright and spacious for our family of 2 adults and a 8yo. We slept very well as there was no noise our room faced a residential courtyard. Lastly, kudos to the warm reception we experienced at check-in and check-out. Thank you for an overall lovely 2 nights at the Pullman. We will choose to stay here on our next trip to wonderful Basel."

"The room was clean, we have a bunkbed, double bed with a single bunkbed. The toilet is separated, the shower room is very tiny, not much room to move around inside. No hair dryer is provided. There is a small TV in the room where the channels are quite many in France and some in English. Our towels were changed daily and our bed also being done daily during our stay. The hotel is in good location, there is a tram stop nearby, also we can just walk around 15 minutes to the main train station and it was safe during the night and even early morning. The nearest supermarket is COOP and it is around around 5-10 minutes, you can see the COOP office building from the hotel and still need to walk straight from it."

"We were just passing through. It's a clean hotel with friendly staff. It was a hot day, so they took a window to our room. You don't have to pay for that. Everything else in the hotel was a bit pricey. But we had a great night!"

"I had a pretty good experience staying at Basel Youth Hostel. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and just a short walk to the city center and the Rhine river. The building is modern, clean, and well-designed, with a nice mix of comfort and functionality. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. My room was tidy and quiet, with comfortable beds and good storage space. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the availability of common areas to relax or get some work done. Breakfast was simple but fresh and satisfying — a good start to the day. I also liked the eco-friendly approach the hostel takes, which added to the overall positive impression. Would definitely recommend it to budget travelers looking for a safe, clean, and well-located place to stay in Basel!"

"The location of the hotel was fantastic and the room was very spacious. I had asked for a queen bed, and the two single beds provided were (thus) already placed together when I checked in- however, it's uncomfortable to sleep across. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was a desk with a chair at which I could work. All the amenities were provided and my stay was very pleasant indeed."

"This hotel was a great value for our stopover from France to Zurich, Switzerland. The rooms were clean and quite spacious, with lovely views of the Basel cityscape from the window. The hotel's decor felt very refined and elegant throughout. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and very plentiful! All the staff were also very friendly and helpful."
