The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from Platform 1 of the train station to the hotel. Getting to Zurich Airport or Zurich main terminal takes about five to eight minutes by car. The room was very clean, and the staff were polite. The hotel has a very trendy and stylish vibe. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

This hotel location is perfect, only 4-5 mins walk from Oerlikon Station, which is 9 mins train to airport and 10 mins to Zurich HB. There are lots of restaurants around and 2 big supermarkets which is next to the hotel. The staff are very helpful and give good advices for sightseeing. The room is spacious and clean. The little kitchen is well equipped.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. It's a perfectly functional and convenient hotel with all the necessary amenities. The lobby has self-service check-in and check-out machines, and there's 24-hour front desk service, which was very polite and thoughtful. The lobby is quite spacious, with self-service drink and coffee machines, a microwave, and a small pantry area. There are also many desks and power outlets. The room was spotlessly clean. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. There's a kettle, and the internet speed in the room was excellent – perfect for watching videos on your phone. The hotel is large with many rooms, so I'm not sure if all rooms have equally good signal. Right next to the hotel, in an adjacent building, there are two supermarkets with a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, and daily necessities, plus a pharmacy. The tram stop for Tram 10 is right outside the supermarket. This tram runs between Zurich Airport and Zurich Central Station, making it incredibly convenient to get to the city center or the airport without transfers. What's more, the tram stops are level with the ground, which is great for passengers using wheelchairs or pushing strollers. From the airport, take this tram and get off at the Glattpark stop; the journey only takes about 8-9 minutes. This tram runs almost all day, so early morning or late-night flights are no problem. The ticket price is also reasonable. Plus, the hotel's price offers much better value and conditions compared to renting a similarly priced room in the city. Breakfast was decent.

The first day when we arrived on the 13th of August , the guy at the front desk was very friendly and polite.The hotel is located near tram and train station and bus station so it is was very convenient to go anywhere. Tram is 4mins walk away ,10mins walk to supermarket and train station. And 15mins by tram to the Zurich airport . Hotel cleanliness is an issue, very dusty floor,dirty sink,and dirty toilet bowl. I even asked twice the receptionist the guy on duty if they can clean our room and put a fresh towel but no one came to clean.Room service is not 24hrs. Air conditioning doesn’t cool the room down. There are food places around. Need to take a tram or train to Zurich HBF but that is only around 15mins via tram.

Overpriced accommodation because the building is old and the bed was not propely maintained upon arrival, also very difficult to find out the room because according to the instruction the room number and floor mentioned on the key, however there was not proper information provided on the key there was too many number it was very difficult to understand especially for tourist person or any new cummers. I would like to suggest they should be allocate the one person in the building who can assist to the people . Bed was totally uncomfortable, LED was too old no smart TV, if anyone coming from any other countries so how they will be understand the Channel on TV. They should be updated the things, I'm not fully satisfied, one main thing on arrival room door was already opened. It was so strange for me and I was struggling to find out the room till 1 hour. Apart from that, location wise it was ok near to the tram, bus, and train station as well as near to the airport.

Walking distance to shopping mall. Located nearby business area and a short distance to airport. Great place to stay if you have early morning flight or arriving late night from the airport.

Excellent hotel , staff is very helpful , zsolt is a lovely at the reception , due to have no adapter to charge my phone he helped me to charge my phone at the front desk , highly recommend this hotel ,

The location is right next to the train station. If you have a wheeled suitcase, I recommend using the back entrance so you don't have to carry your luggage up the stairs. After booking, you'll need to send your passport details for check-in. On the day of arrival, you'll receive an email with the passcodes for the building and your room. The room is fully equipped and convenient for a stay, especially with a microwave.

It's not very close to the airport and a bit far from Zurich's main city, but public transportation is quite convenient. The air conditioning is sufficient and European standard conversion plugs are prepared.
