"It was OUTSTANDING, everyone at this hotel provides the best service a 5 Star hotel can give. From the concierge all the door people, the front desk, to the RESTAURANT where I had the BEST salmon Salad ever, (I asked to please put on the grill my raw salmon and it was late at knight, they were closed, they where cleaning) and they pleased me any way, I even asked if I could take it into my room, and they gave me Room service. I LOVED THIS HOTEL!, I will highly recommend it to EVERYONE"

"The room was nice, spacious and bright, the front desk service was very good, but the bathroom drain was clogged. After reporting it, someone checked and said they would come the next day to clear it, but they never came to fix it, and there was no explanation or solution."

"It's a duplex, with living upstairs and cooking space on the ground floor. It uses gas and comes with all the tableware, which is excellent. Cons: The bedding wasn't very good. The bathroom towels weren't changed by the staff. The front desk was very friendly."

"Our room was internal with an obscured view into the lobby, so not great. There was no fridge, tea or coffee facilities in the room. The water was never more than Luke warm & the towels need renewal. The rooms are sparce, but the bed & bedding were good. The location was easy walk to St Lucia park ,& Metro.. Breakfast was ok. Reception staff were very helpful"

"I heard that the area around the bus station was chaotic and unsafe, so we were quite cautious. Luckily, we didn't encounter any issues, and it didn't feel as unsafe as we'd been led to believe. The hotel is very close to the bus station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient, whether you're going to and from the airport (2100 pesos one way, 3700 pesos round trip, with frequent buses) or taking a day trip to Valparaíso (10,000 pesos round trip). The hotel itself is budget-friendly, offers a great breakfast, is cleaned daily, and has friendly staff."

"The room was spacious and clean. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect. The location is great, making it easy to enjoy walks around the Old Town. Having a water dispenser in the lobby was very convenient."

"The room was very clean and spacious. The bed is very comfy and the shower was also very nice. The TV has Roku installed so you can watch a few different streaming services. The only not so good thing is that it was very noisy during the morning, be it other guests or the hotel's staff. Overall I really recommend this place! I'll stay again next time I visit Santiago"

"The location is very good, suitable for tourists. No deduction is Metro Line 1. If the tourist can find the subway to play, the subway station is in Spanish and there is no indicator light. The front desk speaks English and the service is good."

"The hotel is next to Weapons Square. The room is relatively large. The service at the front desk was excellent. There are Starbucks and various dining under the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel is a five minute walk to the subway station."
