"Great location, right next to The Center and Central Market. The service was excellent, and they offered free luggage storage. The entrance is on the G floor, easy to find, and the reception on the 1st floor has complimentary coffee, water, and sofas for a quick rest. The room size is quite generous for Central Hong Kong, with traditional Chinese decor, and the room was generally clean and tidy. Due to the age of the building, the soundproofing isn't the best. Overall, it's a good choice for business travelers."

"The location is fantastic - there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as metro station, bus and tram stops, plus a bus to the airport. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of food. The view from the 18th floor was fine, and the blackout curtains did an excellent job of blocking out the light. I could not hear any traffic noise from the road. A one-time afternoon tea was included in the booking. There is also a little station in the lobby where you can make DIY cards using the stamps. One thing we missed was some focused lighting near the head of the bed, such as bedside lamps. It would also be nice to have a full-length mirror in the room, perhaps on the outside of the bathroom door. The staff were polite and helpful, and they assisted us with calling a taxi on a rainy morning. We also appreciated the fact that no deposit was required. The air-conditioning system looks rather unusual. On the first night, we found it difficult to fall asleep because of the noise, but after that we adjusted to it, and it no longer bothered us. We had no complaints about the overall cleanliness of the room, and housekeeping was provided daily. The only thing that disappointed us slightly was that the bathtub did not appear to have been cleaned during our six-night stay. The toilet was always clean and well maintained, but when two people use a bathtub regularly for almost a week, residue builds up quite quickly and requires proper cleaning products. We would therefore suggest paying a little more attention to cleaning the bathtub as part of the daily housekeeping. Apart from that, we had no complaints. We enjoyed my stay, would happily stay here again, and would recommend the hotel to others!"

"The overall experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Hong Kong Soho was very good. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, close to Soho, Central, and Lan Kwai Fong, with many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars nearby, making it perfect for a short trip to Hong Kong. The hotel's overall design is quite modern. While the room isn't huge, the layout is reasonable, and the hygiene and facilities are good, with a comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. If location, design, and accessibility are important to you, this hotel is an excellent choice. The only thing to note is that the room size is indeed on the smaller side, so if you have a lot of luggage or are staying with family, you might find the space limited. Overall, the location, service, and accommodation experience were all excellent, and I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Hong Kong."

"A wonderful hotel in a prime location on Hong Kong Island. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, the lounge area was pleasant, and the breakfasts were delicious. The staff were responsive, and the concierge was friendly and ready to provide all necessary information about the hotel's amenities and assist whenever needed. On my next visits to Hong Kong, I won't even bother looking at other hotels; I'll only stay at the LKF Hotel on Kau U Fong!"

"Hotel was very nice, clean and modern. It’s not a mega hotel, which I liked. It’s a smaller boutique hotel with just a couple rooms in each floor, but I think 36 floors high. We were on the 25th floor. I liked the quieter, not-so-touristy location. But there are still a good number of small restaurants close by. And it’s a close walk to busier areas. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location is super convenient, just a short walk from Central MTR Station Exit D. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, plus 24-hour convenience stores like 7-Eleven. Tsim Sha Tsui is only three stops away on the Tsuen Wan Line. Inside the room, there's a mini-fridge, and the front desk offers complimentary disposable items like slippers, toothbrushes, and earplugs. The bedside charging docks with USB and C ports are a lifesaver for guests who didn't bring adapters. **Style:** Trendy and luxurious boutique hotel with a dark, modern exterior. Guest rooms feature contrasting soft furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows offering city views of Central. **Location Advantage:** Walking distance to Lan Kwai Fong, Central MTR Station, and the Mid-Levels Escalators."

"I found the sink and toilet design to be quite impractical. I understand that the hotel is an older building, which might limit certain design choices. However, I believe the sink could at least be located outside the bathroom. This would prevent awkward situations, especially when one person needs to use the toilet while another needs to brush their teeth or wash their hands simultaneously – it's incredibly inconvenient. It's also unhygienic, as aerosols from flushing the toilet can linger in the air and settle on toothbrushes and cups. Furthermore, the bathroom door doesn't close properly, and at night, if someone uses the toilet, the bed faces directly towards it, making for a very unsettling sleep. It's also inconvenient for things like pouring tea. Sitting on the sofa constantly made me feel like I was watching TV, drinking, or eating right at the bathroom door. The service and amenities, however, were excellent and very responsive. It's really just an issue with the hardware, or perhaps I should have just chosen a different room type."

"The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find, and the lobby was quite small. However, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's located right in the heart of Central, next to the historic Graham Street. You can easily walk to Lan Kwai Fong and the Mid-Levels Escalator. The room design tastefully blends Western and vintage details, evoking a nostalgic charm. From Hong Kong Airport, you can take the Airport Express for about 20 minutes to Hong Kong Station, then it's less than a ten-minute walk to the hotel. The front desk staff spoke excellent Mandarin, especially a male employee who was very helpful and enthusiastic, even holding the door open for us when we checked out. This hotel is an excellent choice for experiencing the authentic local vibe of Hong Kong."

"The hotel is conveniently located inside Pacific Place. The quickest way to get there by MTR is via Exit F of Admiralty Station. Once you enter Pacific Place, take the escalator up to the third floor, and the entrance is next to Dior. The elevator goes to the L floor, which is the lobby, and the LL floor connects to the Shangri-La and where breakfast is served. The hotel service was very warm and accommodating; they promptly brought extra water and slippers when requested. They even provided a free extra bed for children. Now, for areas that could be improved: The extra bed had a spring base, which was a significant downgrade compared to the Simmons mattress provided at the Grand Hyatt Macau. After a few nights, I felt quite stiff. Additionally, the air conditioning was incredibly loud; my child described it as a bomber plane. The showerhead was also quite disappointing, spraying most of the water on the wall with very little actually hitting me."

"First time staying at Kimpton TSIM SHA TSUI HONG KONG by IHG, and overall it was a great experience! Lily at the front desk was so warm and proactive, and even upgraded our room for free during check-in – what a pleasant surprise! The high-floor view of Victoria Harbour was absolutely stunning, completely unobstructed, and the night view was so beautiful I didn't want to close the curtains. A special thank you to Rachel, who was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our requests throughout our stay, making everything so hassle-free.
