"This hotel exceeded my expectations. I have stayed in HK multiple times before and do know that accommodation space is limited and can be expensive. This room was small but spaces by HK budget travel standards. The room was decorated nicely and had design features to make things practical such as a shelf built in alongside the bed, kettle and bottled water replaced each day. There was space at the end of the bed to leave cases. The shower room was clean and spacious, reliable hot water and towels replaced each day. Bed comfortable. The common style of hotel is to have the hotel rooms on one floor of an office/apartment building. In this case there was secure keycard access to the space which was decorated to give a hotel feeling. For me the location was ideal as it was less than 10min walk to HK concert hall (I had several concerts to attend). Quick & easy walk to the waterfront and star ferry. It is near Nathan Road so in tourist/shopping central. Great thing for me was that there a vegetarian restaurant at the end of the street the hotel was in, at which I ate 4 times. Is only couple of mins walk from metro station exit. Overall, this hotel is good value for money and a great deal for HK. I would definitely stay again."

"Hands down the best value for money in Tsim Sha Tsui, the location is absolutely unbeatable! 📍 Right next to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station Exit A1 (turn right upon exit). Victoria Harbour, Avenue of Stars, and Harbour City are all within a 5-minute walk. Nathan Road is right downstairs, packed with popular eateries like cha chaan tengs and Lan Fong Yuen – super convenient for dining and getting around! 🛏️ The room is admittedly small, but that's understandable given how precious space is in Hong Kong. The bedding is clean, the private bathroom has strong hot water, and free WiFi, a hairdryer, and toiletries are all provided. For this price and prime location, it's perfectly fine as a base for 'sleeping, showering, and changing'! 💁 Communication via WeChat before check-in was smooth, and they even offered free luggage storage, allowing me to explore more after check-out, which was a great relief. Quick tip: If you're sensitive to noise, I recommend a windowless room. Rooms facing Nathan Road with windows might have some traffic noise. All in all, for a small price to stay in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, I'll definitely choose this place again!"

"This is my second time staying here, and the landlady is really warm, communicative, and helpful! She even helped me dry my clothes! She'll kindly tell you the quickest way to get somewhere by metro, and so on. The environment is very clean; I stayed in a single room and all the facilities were complete. My roommates were all quiet at night and kept to themselves, not playing any loud music. Most importantly, the location is superb – it's super close to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR A1 exit, making it easy to get to almost any popular spot by subway. There are two toilets and other shower rooms available. Basically, all the necessary facilities are there. And I felt very safe! It's genuinely safe for a solo female traveler! If you want a late-night snack, there are options on Dianping about a 6-7 minute walk away. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and Harbour City is only an 8-9 minute walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time, highly recommended!"

"The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining options nearby and convenient shopping. We could easily drop off our purchases at the hotel before heading out to eat or continue exploring. The hotel is also very close to the subway, making it easy to get anywhere. The newly renovated room was spacious enough. All in all, we were quite satisfied."

"For Tsim Sha Tsui, this place is quite affordable, around 800 a night. The room is very small, and the ventilation system is almost non-existent; they provide an air purifier. The bedding is generally damp. It's best to leave one of the two key cards in the room to keep the air conditioning on all day. There are slippers but no dental kit, and all the facilities are quite compact. There's a bathtub, but it's combined with the showerhead. Anyway, that's how accommodation is in Hong Kong: if you want it cheap, the environment won't be great, and if you want spaciousness and a good environment, it will definitely be expensive. The hotel's location is excellent, with direct access to Tsim Sha Tsui East Station and Tsim Sha Tsui Station. You can walk underground to K11 and Harbour City, and Nathan Road is right outside. It's about a 15-minute walk straight to Victoria Harbour."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a short walk from the A21 airport bus stop, and you can easily catch the bus to the airport from right around the corner. It's right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, with the MTR station just a few steps away, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Victoria Harbour is also just a short stroll ahead. The hotel owner, his wife, and the staff are all incredibly nice. I arrived early and, seeing how hot it was, decided to rest a bit before heading out. To my surprise, the front desk staff allowed me to check in early! Furthermore, when I was out on an errand and ended up checking out over an hour late, the owner was very understanding and kindly extended my check-out time. In a place like Hong Kong, where every inch is precious, this was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. The owner and staff are genuinely kind and humane, which is truly rare 🌹🌹. The room was very clean, though a bit small, and had no strange odors. Plus, the outlets didn't require an adapter, which was super convenient for me as a traveler from mainland China, especially since I'd forgotten mine. All in all, this is a hotel with a human touch, an exceptionally good location, and excellent cleanliness. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Thank you to the owner and staff!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, making getting around super convenient. The room was quite spacious, I felt it was comparable to hotels back home. The mini-fridge had several complimentary drinks and water. The service was also very good; we were able to store our luggage and head out right after arriving. We could also store our luggage after check-out and pick it up later the same day. I'm really satisfied with this hotel; none of the concerns I had beforehand ended up being an issue."

"When I checked in at the front desk, Ovy very kindly upgraded me to a sea-view suite. As I was there for business, I barely had any time to enjoy this unexpected surprise, so I'll save it for my next vacation. I give the service full marks. Breakfast was very well-organized and plentiful. The decor is a bit dated, but it's well-maintained. It's within walking distance to Harbour City and Kowloon Station, and transportation to other places is also very convenient."
