"The location is impeccable, with the subway station and a shopping mall right downstairs, making travel extremely convenient. The two large beds are spacious enough for anyone to toss and turn freely. However, the room facilities are noticeably outdated, and all the finishing details are quite poor, which really doesn't live up to a five-star standard. From the corners of the walls to the floor seals in the shower, toilet, and bathtub, everything is very rough and feels haphazardly done. Additionally, the room and its surroundings are very humid; upon entering, there's a noticeable musty smell. Although there are several dehumidifiers on each floor, they don't seem to be quite enough."

"I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights because I heard it had good access to Hong Kong Disneyland. There wasn't much difference in price between a taxi and the train from the airport to the hotel, so I took a taxi. The room was simple, and the amenities were truly minimal (just a toothbrush and slippers), but since I only needed a place to sleep, I was satisfied. The slippers were quite thin and flimsy, so I recommend bringing your own if that bothers you. I also stayed at the end of August, but the room was quite cold; it was chilly even with the air conditioning off, so I suggest bringing a jacket or cardigan. There were two rolls of toilet paper, but once one ran out, it wasn't replaced. Hand towels and bath towels were replenished daily. I could hear some noise from the adjacent room, but there are a lot of international guests, so I guess that's to be expected given the clientele. The building where the hotel is located has a supermarket and many Japanese restaurants, so you won't have trouble finding food. I only noticed it later, so I couldn't use it, but there was information in the room drawer about discounts available at Aeon (apparently, you just need to show your room key). The access to Disneyland was good, and for about 10,000 yen per day for two people, I was satisfied with the price as well."

"The room was tidy and clean, with plenty of natural light. The hotel service was excellent. Public transportation is conveniently located downstairs, and the subway station is just a 10-minute walk away, making it very easy to get to other parts of Hong Kong."

"Although it's a bit far from the city center, it offers great value for money. The room is relatively spacious, and they provide a shuttle bus to the subway station. The service attitude is excellent. While it's not brand new, it's clean and hygienic."

"Excellent! Excellent! It's truly rare to find such a spacious place in Hong Kong, where every inch is precious! The price was also reasonable! The front desk upgraded us to a sea view room for free, yay! Waking up to a sea view in the morning was incredibly refreshing! I also went for a run in the neighborhood in the morning and saw so many other runners – it was great! The gym was decent, although it opened a bit late at 8 AM. The breakfast downstairs was cheap and delicious 😋 I recommend the 'fun guo' (dumplings), char siu bao (BBQ pork buns), and tea eggs!"

"Very close to Kwai Fong MTR station, about a 10-minute walk, which is convenient. It's also about 10 minutes to Kwai Hing MTR station, so both are roughly the same distance. The room is a bit small, but still acceptable."

"This has been my top choice every time I visit Hong Kong, ever since before its rebranding. I've stayed here about five or six times now. The rooms are small but exquisitely designed, showcasing the designer's taste, and the location is super convenient, close to Lai Chi Kok MTR station. The front desk staff I've interacted with have always been attentive and thorough. However, for some reason, the hygiene has been getting progressively worse, and this last stay was just unbelievably dirty. The mini-fridge, which I usually use as a temporary side table, as you can see in Picture 1, had dust that clearly didn't accumulate in just a day or two. Pictures 2, 3, and 4 show stains on the table from what looks like food splatters from many previous guests. In Pictures 5 and 6, I happened to pick up a bottle cap and found some unidentified paper wads under the bed. Pictures 7 and 8 show the bathroom's waterproof strip, which has been moldy for a long time and doesn't close properly. Picture 9 shows what I woke up to – bites, either from dust mites or fleas. Seriously,"

"Because the toilet in the first room I checked into was clogged by something the previous guest had thrown in, the hotel immediately moved me to a higher floor. The new room had a higher ceiling and a better view. There was a typhoon on the day I checked in. The front desk promptly advised me to buy food as early as possible and even thoughtfully directed me to a nearby shopping mall! Their attitude was really great 👍🏻"
