AAnonymous UserHow should I put it? The value for money is really low. I originally booked a Deluxe Queen Room for 1000 yuan, but it was incredibly small. It only had a 1.5-meter bed, and the space was so cramped I doubt I could even fully open my luggage. I ended up paying extra to upgrade to a King Room with a 1.8-meter bed. Regardless, the space remained very tight. The hotel's service itself was excellent. The lobby attendant, Xiao Deng, was very enthusiastic and helped me with my luggage, which was particularly heavy. I was initially drawn to the hotel because of the travel photography and free Hanfu try-on experience. However, once I got there, I found out they only had a few Hanfu outfits, which guests had to share. The travel photography service wasn't great either; the photos turned out very mediocre. I can only say that this MANXIN hotel, in general, is significantly overpriced. Giving a good review out of habit.

ZZuimoshaxinMy stay at CitiGO Hotel Sanyuanqiao Beijing far exceeded my expectations! First, I have to praise its fantastic location. It's right next to Metro Line 10 and the Airport Express, just a two to three-minute walk from Sanyuanqiao subway station Exit D. This makes it incredibly convenient whether you're heading to Beijing Capital Airport or major business districts like Guomao and Sanlitun. The hotel's trendy and playful design is striking. The red bicycle wall and blue rabbit sculpture in the lobby give it an artistic vibe, perfect for photo ops. Although the rooms are compact, the layout is smart, and the panoramic window offers excellent views. The Thai latex mattress and Grohe shower facilities were a dream, washing away all my fatigue, and the smart phone-controlled thermostat added a nice touch of tech. What touched me most were the service details. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the robot delivery service saved a lot of hassle. After 10 PM, there's even complimentary late-night supper – those hot steamed buns were a lifesaver for someone working late! The overall cleanliness is excellent, and it offers great value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing!

GGuest UserI checked in late at night, but the staff was very kind and quickly got me settled into my room. It was a single room, so it was a bit small, and the window looked a bit old. The soundproofing in the morning wasn't great, and I could hear street noise outside. The intelligent toilet in the bathroom was a nice touch. The pillows and mattress were very comfortable, though some parts of the room were a bit run down. Overall, it's decent for a short stay.

GGuest UserI genuinely recommend this hotel! The rooms are meticulously tidy, with new and stylish decor. Before heading to Universal Studios, we inquired about luggage storage, and the hotel readily agreed, safely keeping our bags for two days. To our surprise, they even offered a free upgrade! All three nights, our booked inner-facing room was upgraded to a king-sized bed room. It was incredibly quiet inside after checking in, making for a truly excellent rest. Seeing that we had two children, the staff thoughtfully prepared special kids' slippers and even provided extra bottled water and dental kits. These thoughtful details were incredibly heartwarming. The staff were enthusiastic, polite, and provided attentive service throughout, making our stay cozy and comfortable. The hotel is located on Qianmen Street, a truly excellent location. The subway entrance is just a 200-meter walk away, providing convenient access to all parts of the city for sightseeing, near and far. At the same time, it avoids the hustle and bustle of Dashilar and Xianyu Kou, truly offering peace and quiet amidst the city's vibrancy. It's definitely an ideal choice for families with children, and I'll prioritize staying here again next time!

RRudyMadrigalI’m truly grateful for this specific service apartment—it has been absolutely ideal for my stay in Beijing. It fits my needs perfectly, and I feel safe and at ease staying here. Due to my severe allergies, I could not stay in a standard hotel. Outside food holds too many hidden risks, filled with unknown plants and herbs that trigger my reactions. Cooking for myself is the only way I can stay healthy. I recently tried breakfast here and accidentally ate Chinese cured bacon, mistaking it for regular bacon. It was smoked with local vegetation I’m allergic to, which immediately caused an allergic response. This experience showed me how vital this service apartment truly is. Having a full kitchen lets me control every ingredient I eat. In an unfamiliar city where so many foods carry hidden allergens, this apartment gives me the safety and stability I desperately need.

KKaixinguofeimeiI booked this hotel for my Mexican clients who were traveling in China. They absolutely loved it and said it's a hotel they'd choose again if they came back to China. They specifically mentioned that the front desk staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. They even said they'd be back!

GGuest UserThis hotel offers great value for money. The room was spacious with a window overlooking the street, and the price was excellent. I especially appreciated the human touch of being able to redeem points for breakfast and a late check-out. The breakfast itself was good and plentiful. The location is convenient, with Changying subway station nearby, as well as shopping centers, restaurants, and a park. The only downside is that some of the facilities are a bit dated, and the lobby feels a bit plain and unexciting.

GGuest UserThe staff service was quite good. The room window faced the new TV station directly. The air conditioning in the room was a bit old, and the air quality was a bit poor; we had to ask the cleaning staff to open the windows for ventilation every day. The pool environment was pretty good, and it wasn't crowded. The hairdryer at the pool was a Dyson, which was much better than the one in the room, which was really bad. The changing room at the pool was reasonably clean, and the shower area was quite spacious.

YYixiaoyueThe room amenities weren't great. In the first room, 213, the door couldn't be deadbolted, and the bed was so old it creaked loudly with every turn, making it hard to sleep at night – I was afraid to even move! The bathroom curtain didn't block out any light, and it kept letting light in from different spots, making me feel exposed while showering. There were no tissues in the room, only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, which was inconvenient as I had to go to the bathroom every time I needed a tissue. For the next four days, I stayed in room 109 on the first floor, which was better, at least the door lock worked. The only issue was that the water heater in the triple room was too small for three people to shower consecutively; one person had to wait half an hour after the other, and this was in 20-degree weather – I can only imagine how bad it would be in winter! The female receptionist was very kind, but the male receptionist's service attitude needs improvement. The male and female staff sitting at the front entrance, I'm not sure what their roles were, but their service was just average. Overall, I wasn't very satisfied.
