"This hotel is really close to a mosque and halal food. If you want to go to Central Street, you can take Didi—it’s cheap and very convenient.
It’s a really good deal for staying here, especially since we spent most of our time outside anyway, so we just came back to sleep. In my opinion, it’s a strategic choice and definitely worth repeating!"
"Front desk staff member #1 was exceptionally good, very enthusiastic, and check-in was super quick. The hotel also provides a summary of its facilities, which is very convenient. The room was clean, and the location is great, right next to the subway entrance."
"Excellent, excellent! From the warm smiles at check-in to the thoughtful fruit platter and handwritten card in the room, every detail made me feel valued. The bedding was comfortable and the bathroom spotless, ensuring a great night's sleep. I'll definitely recommend this attentive service and wonderful experience to my friends, and I'll choose this place again for my next trip!"
"The hotel's service attitude was incredibly satisfying; the staff's warmth and friendliness made us feel right at home. Coupled with the pleasant environment, everything felt exceptionally inviting, from the decor style to the overall ambiance, which was very comfortable. They even gave us a free room upgrade! We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Harbin."
"I booked the basic room type through Ctrip for 90 yuan. The room was on the basement level, requiring a walk down stairs. The room was large and spacious, but it was surrounded by walls, had no windows, and no connection to the outside. Don't expect an upgrade to a room with a window or on an upper floor if you book the basic room type through Ctrip. My companion had a leg injury and was limping in and out, but still had to climb the stairs to the basement level. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with elderly people, sick individuals, or anyone with mobility issues.
Late check-out isn't allowed; you must check out by 12 PM. Late check-out costs 35 yuan per hour, clearly priced. Ctrip also doesn't offer their own extended check-out until 2 PM.
We stayed in room 9 on the basement level. The air conditioning wasn't working well; the buttons wouldn't activate it. The joint between the bathroom and the main room was damaged, and my companion slipped there after it got wet, though thankfully wasn't injured."
"The hotel is located in the Zhonghua Baroque scenic area, making it convenient to get around by subway or taxi. There are plenty of dining and shopping options right downstairs. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. Plus, there's free parking in the backyard, which saves on parking fees. With great amenities and an affordable price, it's definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling."
"Facilities: The elevators on the 3rd floor of the main hotel building are super photogenic.
Cleanliness: The hotel room is clean and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is right next to a scenic spot and very close to the subway station.
Service: The front desk staff are very patient.
The only minor drawback was during check-in, there was a person with shoulder-length short hair next to the front desk who was speaking very loudly and rudely, making it hard for me to hear the front desk staff. I hope this can be improved."
"I booked a king-size bed room, but the front desk upgraded me to a suite upon arrival (a pleasant surprise!). The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a great layout. As a solo traveler, I didn't actually need such a big space, but I appreciated the quiet environment. The overall service at the hotel was excellent, and I also enjoyed their breakfast. The location is very convenient: the airport shuttle is nearby, and it's close to the Sanxing Street morning market, Harbin Station, and Central Street."
"Facilities: A tranquil oasis in the bustling city, conveniently located near Central Street, St. Sophia Cathedral, and the Baroque-style street. The hotel is well-equipped, very clean, and comfortable.
Hygiene: Very clean.
Environment: Very comfortable stay. I stayed for four days during a business trip to Harbin.
Service: Excellent! From the moment I entered the hotel, I felt the warmth and hospitality of the people of Harbin; it was heartwarming everywhere I went."
"The environment is great, with a Wabi-sabi style. The quality is pretty good, and the whole room features a Tmall Genie smart system. The location is excellent, very close to the riverside and the Baroque district. The surrounding flower, bird, and fish market adds a lovely touch of local life. The service response is very prompt and enthusiastic! A few suggestions: there's a minor issue with the lighting control, as the reading light cannot be turned off independently. Also, the frame of the automatic curtain near the window is a bit prominent, and the sheer curtain cannot be closed separately."

GGuihuaxiaodoushabaoMy stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Every day when I went out, the cleaning staff made sure my room was sparkling clean and comfortable. The river-view room offered a spectacular vista of the Songhua River Bridge, and being right above the cable car's 'Castle on the River' made getting around incredibly convenient. The concierge who checked me in, and the staff who assisted me with a 'Princess, your carriage awaits!' level of service when I checked out, both provided such enthusiastic and thoughtful help, leaving me with wonderful memories of my trip to Harbin.

GGuest UserHighly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!
MMiwa627Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.
GGuest UserHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

MMediterraneanSeaFacilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area.
Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

GGuest UserThe hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!

白白雪在东北This hotel is conveniently located near the Harbin Train Station (and metro station). It has also several cozy cafes within walking distance. The shower is a bit small and only offers 2-in-1 body wash and shampoo. Overall, it was a good fit for easy access to the metro, cafes, and train station.

NNiutou™The Yabuli Yabuluoni Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ski resort, offering incredibly convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to the slopes and lifts. The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay.
