Budget hotel and 1 night stay. But served our purposes perfectly. Right in heart of markets and plenty of eateries nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recomnend and would stay again.

The homestay I stayed at this time felt the operator's intentions from the moment I arrived. The appearance is maintained in the local style, and the indoor space is integrated with simple and warm materials, which makes people naturally slow down as soon as they enter the door. The public area has plenty of light and smooth moving lines, which both maintain privacy and take into account the comfortable distance of communication. The cleanliness of the room is reassuring, the mattress is moderately supported, and the pillows are soft and hard, which is quite critical for repair after a long journey. The spare parts are complete and the quality is stable, and the bathroom design is effective to improve the convenience of use. The surrounding environment is quiet at night, there is no extra interference, and the quality of sleep is good.

Note that there’s NO LIFT in this inn so if you have heavy luggages or bags, do consider again. Booked room with 3 Futon beds for family of 5 but no space to open up luggages to pack actually. With 1 luggage open, not much space to walk anymore. The kids did enjoy the futon bed concept and aircon was working well. Clean beds, clean sheets nonetheless. There’s a small kitchen with microwave that is common space for all rooms, and some space to eat if you need to eat in. Some parking space along the roadside, or garden area nearby. 24hr laundromat is 5 mins walk to the main road. It’s an inn so have to manage expectations of space.

The service attitude was excellent, making us feel incredibly welcome. You could really sense their passion for service; every staff member we encountered was smiling, which put us in a great mood. The food was also delicious. I look forward to bringing my family back again next time, and Kang Chiao will definitely remain my top choice for accommodation.

Located quite close to the city center with convenient parking, and luggage storage is available before and after your stay! The lobby provides a coffee machine, tea, water, snacks, a microwave, and a refrigerator! On the day of check-in, the operator will contact you via their official Line account to provide the main door code and other important information. Check-in is self-service, so you'll generally not meet the operator. The room was very cozy and clean, but the hot water took a while to arrive. Overall, however, everything was fantastic! It's a great place to stay that I would definitely choose again next time I visit Taitung!

This place is located minutes from the beach and minutes for the city so it’s a great location. The rooms are very clean and the access is safe and secure. There is free coffee and a microwave on the ground floor. The only drawback (and it’s huge to a solo traveler booking forward legs of a journey) is that the WiFi is awful ! The connection is good on the ground floor but I was on the third floor and this proved very frustrating. I was informed that the reception was “poor by the window of the room”. It was poor in every part of the room ! If they get this sorted it would be a full 5 star accommodation ….. it’s really a nice place (Room 301) …

The room is big and comfortable for a family of 4. It is located a short distance away from the sea. But this means that it is far away from other amenities. There is a night market which opens on weekends. No 7 eleven or other convenience stores nearby. But the hotel provides breakfast and supper as an add on for FOC service. It also provides a charter service to airport or train station which is a huge plus when you check out. Check out the awesome sun rise in the morning.
