This is our go-to spot for a couples' date, the atmosphere is simply amazing. The courtyard environment is fresh and lovely, perfect for a relaxing stroll after dinner. The entire place is sparkling clean, with no hidden spots or stains. The staff provides just the right amount of service – attentive but never intrusive, respecting our privacy. As for the room, the large bed is incredibly soft and the shower pressure is consistently strong, ensuring a wonderfully comfortable night's stay.

The main advantage of this hotel is you are directly above the metro in the heart of the financial sector. If your visiting Shenzhen to Be in the heart of things, this is the place to be. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and speak English well, provides all the amenities to need including a fridge and toilet with a control panel. One thing I found of but ok was the sink was not in the bathroom, it was in the corridor between bathroom and main room

This hotel offers a wonderfully quiet and livable environment. The sky garden has fresh air, which my elderly relatives particularly enjoyed. It has direct access to the subway station, with multiple lines making getting around very convenient. The surrounding area is packed with shops and restaurants, so you can easily explore all sorts of food options right outside the station. It's perfect for a relaxing outing and trying different cuisines with friends. The value for money is excellent, definitely worth returning to. It's lively yet photo-worthy, and incredibly convenient for both travel and shopping.

I wasn't told beforehand that the room had no windows, and even though check-in was listed for 2 PM, I didn't get in until 2:30 PM. Once I got into the room, I noticed the wallpaper was peeling right next to where the toiletries were. Don't you guys find that gross? The toothpaste was also an unknown brand. The hotel elevator carpet was filthy and smelled bad. So many small details in the room felt like something you'd find in a cheap, 10-20 dollar a night motel. Mi Yang, how can you claim to be a mid-range hotel? You can't even compare to Hanting. After I left, my room key card was inexplicably taken. What's up with that? I had to use another card to get electricity when I returned. The breakfast selection was pitifully small, with hardly any watermelon or fruit left. It was embarrassingly meager. Whoever cleaned my room, I have no idea what they actually did… the table wasn't even wiped. You have a wooden decor theme, so what's with the giant thunder-blue painting above the bed? This is, without a doubt, the worst value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed in.

The room facilities were super practical. The balcony was great for drying clothes, and it even came with a washing machine, fridge, and mosquito repellent. They also provided a good selection of disposable toiletries. The front desk staff were very thoughtful, and the hygiene was impeccable – no corners cut and no strange smells. Plus, the building is right above lines 1 and 10. Line 1 takes you to Huaqiangbei and Lianhua Mountain, while Line 10 goes to One Avenue and Shuwei for some amazing food. It's also incredibly convenient for trips to Hong Kong, the airport, and the high-speed rail.

The hotel is great, and the cleaning was very thorough and meticulous. The bed was comfortable to sleep on, and the facilities were complete, with a large and clear projector. The staff were also very enthusiastic. Definitely recommended!

Had a really comfortable stay here. The hotel is super conveniently located, right by a subway station and a shopping area, making getting around a breeze. The room was clean, and the bedding was soft, which was great since I brought my dog. It was such a relief to have an auntie provide laundry service, saving me a lot of hassle, and the extended stay cleaning was also good. The meals were nutritious and well-balanced, so I felt good about what I was eating, especially breakfast which had both Chinese and Western options that suited my taste perfectly. The fact that pets are allowed is incredibly thoughtful! There was a cleaning fee every night, but the front desk lady was kind enough to give me a discount since I was staying for a longer period. They even upgraded my room to one with a small balcony, giving my dog a nice spot to walk around, which was really considerate. Just a heads up, if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to choose a room without a courtyard, as it would be further from the air conditioning units and their operating sounds. Parking at the hotel is free, and there are plenty of car-sharing options nearby, so getting around is never an issue. Watching the city skyline from the balcony in the evening was fantastic 🌆. Overall, a great experience, and I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town! 👍🏻

We had a very good stay at Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel and would definitely come back again. The service throughout the stay was excellent, and the staff really did their best to make us comfortable. A special thanks to the reception team for helping us with a late check-out since our flight was very late at night. That made a huge difference for us and was greatly appreciated. The concierge team was also very helpful with directions, recommendations, transportation, and even helping us with our orders. Communication was easy, and everyone was very professional and welcoming. The location of the hotel is amazing. It is directly connected to a mall, which made everything very convenient. We had easy access to shopping, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and everything we needed during our stay. One of the highlights for us was the lounge access on the 24th floor. The happy hour was really enjoyable, and we spent a lot of time there relaxing, admiring the beautiful city view, and enjoying the atmosphere. It became one of our favorite parts of the hotel experience. The breakfast was also very cozy and pleasant because it was not overcrowded. We could actually relax, take our time eating, and enjoy the view peacefully, which made the mornings feel very comfortable. The hotel itself is very large and spacious. While the rooms are a little older in style, they are very comfortable and generously sized, which is actually something we appreciated. Sometimes older hotels offer much more space and comfort compared to newer properties. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The combination of the excellent service, spacious rooms, lounge access, and perfect location made this a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen.
