This stay experience greatly exceeded expectations! The location of the hotel is excellent, just next to the bus station, it is very convenient to go anywhere.
The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The bedding smelled of sunshine and slept very comfortably. What touched me most was the service. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and helped me store my luggage and provided travel advice.

Traveled to Taiyuan, Shanxi by car and stayed at this hotel
Facilities: The room is fully equipped, the sofa and coffee table are available, the family is very convenient to eat and watch TV in the living room at night, and there is a small balcony to see the street view. It is the first time I saw the hotel equipped with facial cleanser, Wei E milk and Dabao. It can be said that it is super intimate! Downstairs is a row of small restaurants. In the evening, I also ate the Xinjiang skewers downstairs. The mutton skewers I wear are old and delicious. There is a super hot ball soup Hu spicy soup opposite. It seems to be a very famous local shop. I went to taste it in the morning. There is a private parking lot behind the hotel, parking is convenient, there is a charging pile.
Hygienic: very clean and tidy, especially the bedding, I am very friendly to the small cleanliness.
Service: The front desk lady is old, smiles, feels at home, and also sent Shanxi souvenirs!
Disadvantages: There is no water block on the ground in the shower area. When taking a bath, the water will be left on the wash basin and toilet side. The hotel building can be entered and exited from both sides of the parking lot, which feels a bit unsafe.
In short, the price is high, I will stay here next time.

It is very close to the South Station, the airport and the subway entrance, and it is convenient to travel. The room is spacious and soundproof. There are many varieties of minibars. Although I enjoyed Bama mineral water, I felt the sincerity of the hotel. Featured care products are five-star level. The breakfast was rich. When I went at 9 o'clock, there were many varieties. My husband drank the love soup in his dream: sheep soup, soft mutton in the soup, and fans. Remember to add more white pepper, a little pepper, with fried dough sticks and twists. It is really delicious. The red velvet cake is also delicious, not sweet and a bit salty, recommended! The front desk was very good at communicating, helping to solve the room type adjustment and postpone the check-out until 2 pm. The only downside is dry and hot. Two people drank 8 bottles of Nongfu Spring, and their throat was still dry. It is recommended to add a humidifier.

🌟 Even though the Kempinski Hotel Taiyuan is a bit older, an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari, right?
🌟 The service was excellent. We sent our luggage over before we even arrived, with the driver. When we called the front desk, they immediately helped us arrange everything. Upon arrival, we just gave our name and our bags were brought right over. It was very thoughtful and heartwarming.
🌟 The breakfast was delicious, and they had my favorite cucumber juice. Breakfast ends at 10:30 AM.

Ffv_liuThe hotel's location is excellent, very close to the snack street, Bell Tower shopping area, and Liuxiang commercial district, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The Jin Merchants Museum (former Governor's Mansion) is also within walking distance of the hotel.
The thoughtful touches like the 'Cozy Teahouse - Afternoon Tea Time' (including a pot of tea) and the coffee were much appreciated.
We also enjoyed the 'Immersive Experience: Journey through a Jin Merchant Mansion with Free Young Mistress Attire'.
Plus, there's a very friendly cat named 'Facai' in the hotel lobby!

We didn't have to worry about traffic. The driver's master was thoughtful and punctual, which was too worry-free. Super surprise when checking in, we directly upgraded the room, the front desk lady is more careful and warm, take the initiative to help the ID card cover protection cover, see that we have a lot of luggage and also intimate help, the details are all gentle.
The room environment is particularly good, the whole house is very convenient for intelligent control, it is very warm to live in in winter, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the sleep is particularly fragrant.
