This was by far the most comfortable and enjoyable stay we had during our trip to Guiyang. The location is super convenient, really close to the airport, and just a stone's throw from Jiaxiu Tower and Qingyun Market, making it easy to explore and find great food. The rooms are spotless, and you can choose between a street-facing room with views of old buildings or a quieter room on the north side. What really stood out was the incredible service; every staff member at the hotel was so warm and friendly. We stayed for three nights during our trip, with one night in Xiuwen in between, so we actually made a point to come back to Banshan Hotel. We had a street-facing room the first night and then a quieter room on the back side for our second stay, which ensured a great night's sleep! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Guiyang. The two photos below are ones I took of the street view opposite the hotel, but I don't have any photos of the room itself.

From the moment you step into the lobby, you feel a sense of comfort, with the pleasant aroma and tasteful design. The room is spacious and airy, the bedding is skin-friendly and promotes sleep, and the bathroom amenities are of excellent quality. The service is professional and attentive, with prompt responses, and the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. It's an ideal choice for both business and leisure travel, truly impeccable.

I genuinely recommend this hotel! The transportation couldn't be more convenient, with the subway and bus stops right downstairs. It makes getting around, whether for sightseeing or business, completely hassle-free. The lobby is clean and grand, and the living environment is very comfortable. The breakfast was the biggest surprise—not only were the flavors unique, but they also extended the dining hours until 1 PM, which is incredibly flexible and a huge plus for travelers with a more relaxed schedule. The shower pressure in the room is excellent, making for a very comfortable shower, and the hairdryer is good quality and doesn't damage your hair. Overall, it's great value for money.

The room was spacious and bright, and the furnishings were clean and tidy. Despite it being the off-season, the hospitality remained high, with fewer people and excellent service. Huge thanks to the hotel for their excellent service! The location is absolutely superb, just a stone's throw from Minsheng Road and Caijia Street. The room was spotlessly clean, and all the toiletries were provided and hygienic. The staff were incredibly polite, patiently answering all our questions and even proactively sharing information about nearby parking. It was such a comfortable and stress-free stay – a truly delightful experience!

The location is excellent, right near the snack street, within walking distance. The cleanliness is top-notch; the cleaning staff clearly puts a lot of effort into their work. The front desk小姐姐 (a polite and friendly way to refer to female front desk staff) was also very enthusiastic and did her best to help us with any issues she could resolve. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit!

What I appreciate most is how kind, approachable, and enthusiastic all the staff members were in attending to guests' needs. It truly gave me a delightful sense of being at home. Conclusion: This will definitely be my go-to place when I visit Guiyang again, and my top recommendation for friends and family traveling to Guiyang!

The hotel's environment is exceptionally quiet, and its location is very convenient. It's truly a great spot, close to plenty of dining options and most major attractions. The hygiene is impeccable. I particularly want to commend the staff; they basically helped solve all the issues that came up during our trip, even helping with laundry and finally mailing items for us. The room facilities are comprehensive, with smart devices and the TV being very responsive, and a rich selection of movies and shows. It was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, a five-star experience, highly recommended!
