I had an amazing experience during my stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — everything felt thoughtfully prepared. The facilities were well-maintained, and I really appreciated the little details that made the stay extra pleasant. Service was consistently fast and friendly, and the overall environment was calm and relaxing. Location was great too, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Overall, it was a perfect stay — great service, great food, and great comfort. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely return! 💯✨

The hotel's overall facilities, room environment, and location all meet Sheraton's brand standards, and the comfort of the stay was acceptable. However, during this particular stay, issues arose due to discrepancies in booking prices and problems with redeeming breakfast benefits, leading to unnecessary travel disruptions and a significantly diminished experience. During the booking period, I noticed that the price for an advance booking on the same platform was higher than the same-day booking price, and there were also price differences between different booking platforms. To offset the price difference and improve the stay experience, the hotel explicitly promised a complimentary children's breakfast as compensation before check-in. I had assumed I would be able to enjoy this benefit smoothly and travel worry-free. On the morning of our departure, we had to catch a high-speed train, and with elderly family members and a child in tow, our schedule was already very tight. Upon arriving at the restaurant, however, we were informed by staff that the system showed no breakfast entitlement and no record of the promised complimentary breakfast. A call to the front desk yielded no resolution. Ultimately, we had to return to the main front desk, accompanied by the breakfast counter staff, for a second verification. Only after multiple confirmations were we finally allowed into the restaurant. The entire process involved repeated communication and back-and-forth trips, consuming a significant amount of valuable time. Under the pressure of a tight travel schedule, this was particularly frustrating. As a chain brand hotel, the lack of inter-departmental information synchronization and the failure to honor the promised breakfast benefits demonstrate that the detailed service doesn't match the brand's positioning. The price discrepancies were acceptable, but the hassle caused by unfulfilled promises directly impacted our travel mood.

The Chinese New Year atmosphere was really strong, and our whole stay was fantastic [rose emoji]. As soon as we arrived, someone helped us with our luggage, and check-in was super quick. Our room was clean, and the lady on our floor was always so friendly. Any requests we had for the room were handled promptly. The breakfast selection was also excellent. The lobby had a variety of fun Chinese New Year activities like sugar painting, paper cutting, calligraphy, rubbings, and *touhu* (pitch-pot game). The craft activities at the Kids Art Center were also a lot of fun. The Chinese New Year shuttle bus was a huge convenience for getting around as well.

The room is very nice, the location is quite good, the hotel has good amenities but most rooms have a key issue: the hotel is surrounded u greenery with thousands of cicadas (蝉) making a huge noise, even the rooms have double glass the system doesn’t close very well so the sound enters from the windows and from the door, during the summer days it can make you crazy, but at night they are calm. Fortunately they changed me to a higher room facing a side with less noise!

Facilities: The hotel is incredibly smart and well-equipped, clearly showing the owner's strong financial backing. The decor, fixtures, and appliances are all of high quality. Cleanliness: As a new hotel, it's very clean. However, the room had a slight odor, which they tried to mask with an air freshener. After staying a day, my eyes still felt a little uncomfortable. Environment: It's conveniently located above a subway station and a shopping area, making dining and getting around easy. Service: Being a newly opened hotel during a holiday weekend, the front desk was packed. The staff were generally okay, but could improve a bit in terms of efficiency and professionalism.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and had a delicious breakfast too with a good Coffee machine. It's got a Gym and laundry room. The bed was very comfortable. A good hotel.

The hotel's location is great, very close to Xiamen North Station and conveniently located near a subway station. The service was excellent and attentive, the place was clean and tidy, and the layout was well-designed. There's a snack street nearby with plenty of late-night food options.

Extra points for its prime location in Jimei Xiamen, another five points for being a pet-friendly hotel. The rooftop garden, pool, and sea view add another five points, and the hotel's own indoor parking ensures a worry-free stay – that's another five points right there!

Plus: Breakfast is simple but delicious, room is clean, hotel is homey, the fragrance of shower gel and shampoo is PERFECTLY great with its woody scent. Location is ok near Jimei but need to travel a bit to the island Minus: My room 105 is next to an area dedicated for hotel's internal usage. In the evening, i kept hearing sound of water flowing and that's distrubing my sleep. I stayed here for two nights, first night was ok, maybe because i didn't have enough sleep during my flight so i didn't aware but the second night was restless. From 2 am, I stayed until morning because of the sound. Not loud but annoying
