"Our stay at City Suites was a fantastic experience! In terms of cleanliness, the room was spotless, the bedding was neat and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and odor-free, which made us feel very at ease. Regarding the environment, the soundproofing was good; although it's near the train station, we weren't bothered by the noise and got a peaceful night's sleep. The service was also very attentive; the staff were warm and friendly, check-in was efficient, and any requests were quickly addressed. The facilities were complete and practical, with fast free Wi-Fi, conveniently located charging outlets, and good quality toiletries. We were [travel type], and the hotel's location is convenient, close to the station, making travel easy, and they even offer a free shuttle service, which saved us a lot of hassle. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would choose it again when I next visit Taoyuan. I highly recommend it to anyone needing accommodation near the station!"
"The environment is clean and tidy, and the surrounding area has good amenities. The price isn't too expensive, so overall it offers decent value for money. The hygiene is also acceptable. I think the most important thing is the excellent and convenient transportation and dining options nearby."
"It’s really near Taoyuan airport, which made our first night much more convenient bc we landed real late. The transportation is OK, only 2-3 mins walk to the train station. The room was fairly clean, everything was comfortable, we didn’t get itchy lying on the bed. Bathroom is small but pretty bright and clean, which was a huge plus. Also, for anyone who confused, it used to be named “hedo hotel” so when you do a search on Google Map it’s the same thing."
"Even though my room didn't have a window, it was perfectly fine for my needs since I was out all day and only came back in the evenings. The hotel is close to Taoyuan Station with lots of shops nearby. The airport shuttle bus stop is just a short walk away. There are also two department stores and a long-distance bus station close by. The price was great, and the front desk lady was always enthusiastic about recommending tourist spots. The oolong tea bags in the room were delicious, and the hairdryer was lightweight and easy to use. The mattress was also incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely be back next time. Thank you!"
"The location is super convenient, about a ten-minute walk from the train station. The hotel is tucked away in an alley, but it's not a dark or sketchy one. Step out, and you're right in the middle of a bustling commercial area with plenty of foot traffic."
"The room wasn't new and felt a bit dated. We also found there weren't enough charging outlets, and the TV wasn't a smart TV. However, the staff were polite. Regarding the hotel's location, it can be quite inconvenient if you're traveling with large luggage and need to take a bus from Taoyuan Train Station. I'd advise finding out about the bus stops closer to the hotel beforehand. Unfortunately, an adjacent building was undergoing exterior maintenance during our stay, and the noise disrupted our rest in the room."
"The stay was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in process and the overall relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others"
"Hotel is within walking distance of the famous Taoyuan night market and there are eateries nearby for breakfast. Room is quiet and clean and free parking is available though it's hard to find as it's at the back of the hotel but it's free parking. Ideal location to stay if you are interested in tour around Taoyuan and its night markets! Photo shown is a nearby local steak house with free flow drinks and soup and fruits in the Taoyuan night market. "
"Overall, the facilities are high-end. There was a slight cigarette smell, but they provided an air purifier. After running it for a while, the smell was mostly gone. The hotel was still cleaning when we checked in, so as an apology, they prepared a small gift for us. We had a good experience overall."

GGuest UserThe hotel was really nice and comfortable. 100/100
The bed was nice. The room was spacious. They give free snacks and drinks in the room. They have a lot of variety of pillows. They also have a water refilling station outside of the room.
They have a business room where you can even print something. They have a gym and a laundry area but you need to pay for the laundry I think.
The breakfast buffet was superb. A lot of variety and options. However, they don’t change it so after the second day, it kinda gets boring already but it’s still good!
They can also help arrange a car service for you if you need one.
The only thing I hope they improve is the check in time hehe. It was 4pm. I wish it can be a little bit earlier. But this isn’t a problem at all.
The hotel is connected to Gloria Outlet (there’s a bridge directly connected to the hotel’s 2nd floor). It’s also connected to Xpark. Also, it’s connected to a mini mall (I forgot the name) where you can easily choose a food to eat. Just beware that almost all the restos closses at 9pm and a lot of resto only receives customers before 8pm.
I highly recommend this hotel when you plan to shop in Gloria Outlets. It was very convenient, clean and spacious. ☺️
KKC_TeoLocation opposite Park and within walk distance to night market. But 20 to 30 minutes drive airport. The so called Airport transfer is by normal taxi arranged by hotel. Please take note that you may incur charges if you left luggage at hotel overnight, Room that allocated to us with huge bath tub with jacuzzi. The bath room size about one third of room size.
GGuest UserAs a returning guest to this hotel for my transit in Taipei Taoyuan International Airport. Hotel provides free shuttle services between hotel and airport. Easy access to Taipei city via the airport commuter or express train. The station A14a is just 30m on the right outside the hotel entrance. Fare @ NTD160 one way to Taipei Main Station, same fare for taking either Airport Commuter (roughly one hour) or Airport Express Train (40 minutes). To take Airport Express Train, need to take Airport Commuter from the Airport Hotel Station A14a and change to Airport Express at Terminal 2 (same platform).
SSunboamamWe stayed in room 206 this visit. It's actually the second consecutive week we've been assigned this particular room. The bathtub was quite luxurious, even though we rarely take baths. It was a thoughtful touch that they provided bath salts. Every room comes with complimentary coffee for brewing, and ice is also available. Breakfast offered a buffet with options like steak or large prawns. It was delicious!
GGuest UserI stayed at the Benz hotel for a 4 day shopping and foodie trip at the end of February 2026 and it turned out to be a gem. I arrived late around 23:00 and was greeted by a friendly staff that had my room ready. I had just taken a short 18 minute walk to the hotel from the A22 Laojie River Station where I arrived on the direct blue commuter train from the airport. At first I could not find the Benz hotel entrance, but after asking for directions I was pointed to the front desk of the Bentley hotel where on the wall behind the desk clerks are both hotel names, Bentley and Benz. When I had booked the room the Bentley was offered at a slightly higher cost, and seeing I was on a budget trip alone, I booked the Benz. After checking in, I was directed to the Benz hotel elevator around the corner of the front desk. Further down are the elevators for the Bentley, here is the noticeable difference between the two hotels, The Benz is one elevator approximately 3 feet by 6 feet, and the Bentley has 2 very large beautiful elevators. When I got to my room I did my normal checks for bugs, cleanliness and non-smell. All had passed with flying colors. The room was great with amenities and plenty in size. The bed was firm but not hard, the TV was hard to hear when the AC was running but besides those things it's a great deal and place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Healthy, fresh and hot and a new menu each day. It was more in the asian style and not like your western style, which I much prefer. The coffee machine was perfect and the selection of food was abundant. Overall I would stay again. Public transportation was close by, Taxi, Trains and bus stations within blocks and easy walking. The street has a lot of construction and could be rather intimidating, if you are not the type that can feel comfortable with the odd surroundings that are here.
MMofaguguThis is a traditional star-rated hotel. The rooms are spacious, and while the decor has a bit of a retro feel, I think it perfectly caters to the needs of international tourists. The staff are also very attentive and speak multiple languages. So, if you're in Taiwan and flying out from Taoyuan Airport, I highly recommend staying here for a night. Convenience stores and shopping malls nearby aren't far, and it's only a 20-minute drive to the airport, so it's very convenient.
CChang987654321My stay at the Central Hotel was, in a nutshell, 'convenient and practical, but not luxurious.' The hotel's biggest draws are its location and price, making it ideal for short overnight stays or independent travelers.
The Central Hotel is situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major shopping areas and food streets. For backpackers and independent travelers, the location truly can't be beaten. With metro and train stations nearby, getting around to night markets or attractions is incredibly easy.
The room was generally clean, though of a medium size with a rather simple decor. The bedding and basic furniture were functional but lacked any sense of luxury. If you're looking for high-end accommodation or spacious, lavish rooms, this might feel a bit too ordinary.
Overall, the room's cleanliness was decent, but some details showed signs of age, such as marks on certain walls, furniture edges, or bathroom fixtures. In general, it felt clean but definitely not newly renovated.
It also came with two condoms.
CCharleeeI arrived late and left early, the hotel was clean and had everything you needed for an overnight transit stay. The man at reception could have been a bit friendlier though.
Also there was a very loud running water sound that lasted all night, I think either the plumbing or AC upstairs was making a strange noise. But after a while I didn’t notice the noise.
The hotel helped me book a taxi back to the airport which was 200 TWD. It’s very close to the airport, it took 3 minutes by car in the morning.
I didn’t try the breakfast.
JJodieGThe staff were really lovely and I'm sure that had I have spoken Chinese, the things I'm about to say would've been different as I would've been able to explain them over the phone and get them rectified.
CONS: I didn't get there until almost 1 am due to a flight delay and then missing the last MTR, so by the time I did get there all I wanted was a hot bath and a quiet night's sleep.
Firstly, the room had definitely had smokers in it previously. They may have done a treatment but it was still noticeable.
Secondly, there was 'hair' in the bathtub from a previous occupant. So I definitely didn't use it.
Thirdly, I got almost no sleep – even though the bed was really comfortable – because the smoke alarm in the room needed its battery replaced and spent all night making that very loud high-pitched sound that you cannot ignore!
Now again, had I've been able to pick up the phone and ask them to come and sort it, it could have been a different story, but...
PROS: the room was a great size, and the bathroom had both a spa bath and a walk-in shower. It also was very large and is well set up for customers to drive their vehicle into the ground floor of the unit then go up the stairs to the first floor where the actual room is. The staff were very nice and welcoming even though I arrived so late and even gave me some instant noodle cups. I also got a voucher for breakfast, but didn't end up getting to use it as I was too tired to get out of bed and go there before it finished.
I may not be the target clientele for this establishment, and while this particular stay had farcical elements, now that I know what it's like and how it works, I probably would stay there again simply due to how nice the staff were. It's not their fault that I don't speak Chinese.
