Hotels near Liurong Temple, Guangzhou

This All Seasons Hotel branch has the most thoughtfully designed rooms compared to others nationwide. Despite its proximity to the train station and mediocre soundproofing between rooms, it's generally quiet. Laundry service is available. My only two complaints are: first, the breakfast was the exact same every day during my four-day stay, with about a 90% repetition rate. Second, the two elevators are ten meters apart, forcing guests to choose one or the other. What a bizarre design choice.

The hotel boasts an amazing location, surrounded by abundant dining options and shopping malls. You can even have your Taobao parcels delivered there and pick them up from the Concierge. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help. The robot room service is a convenient touch. Plus, there's a popular bakery in the adjacent mall, just a 20-step walk from the hotel's main entrance.

The hotel reception staff were very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. I checked out too early in the morning and didn't have time to get an invoice. I called the hotel front desk to request one, and they responded very quickly and sent it to me right away. It was a great experience. Both check-in and check-out processes were quite fast, and they also offered airport transfer service. Thumbs up! 👍

This hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location. Right downstairs, you'll find a lively pedestrian street and a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. I stayed in a high-floor room, which offered expansive views of the city skyline – truly a fantastic sight. The front desk staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, making the check-in process efficient and thoughtful. The room itself was very clean and tidy, with well-maintained facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a highly satisfying experience.

The hotel's luggage storage service was really good. After checking out, we stored our luggage at the front desk and took our child out to play for the entire day. When we came back to leave, our child had already fallen asleep, and the taxi we called arrived just as we did. My child gets cranky when woken up, and I was especially worried that the noise of moving luggage would wake him, potentially leading to crying. The front desk staff saw our situation and proactively offered to help, moving all our luggage and the stroller into the taxi. This allowed me to focus on carrying my sleeping child into the car without having to worry about moving things myself. On the way home, my child woke up just as we arrived, and he was in a good mood after a full day of playing. Our overall experience during this stay was excellent. There were no fancy, unnecessary services, but they genuinely helped us solve a difficult situation at that moment, which was incredibly heartwarming.

My stay at Mehow Lichi was much better than expected, no disappointments at all. I originally just booked it because it was nearby, but I didn't expect such a comfortable experience. Elena at the front desk was very quick with check-in and had a gentle demeanor, responding promptly to any requests. The room was very clean, with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft, so I slept soundly at night. The facilities were well-maintained, with stable water pressure and effective air conditioning. The hotel also offered thoughtful services like free tea and snacks, which added to the overall experience. The location is convenient for getting around, with many dining options nearby. Overall, it's great value for money, suitable for both business trips and short stays. I stayed twice, and they arranged a fantastic room for me both times. I left my luggage at the front desk, and they even brought it up to my room. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in the area.

The rooms were fine, but I have to give a negative review for the concierge service. I was with my child and in a hurry to register my car plate number before heading out. However, the concierge, a man with glasses, was engaging in a lengthy and polite conversation with a foreigner and completely ignored us. Even though I was standing there with my child for several minutes, no one bothered to approach us. I finally had to interrupt their enthusiastic chat to ask if someone else or the check-in desk could register my car plate. I received a cold and quick 'no' – a stark contrast to the warm interaction he had with the foreign guest. After waiting for a long time and seeing no end to their conversation, and with my one-year-old getting restless, I went to the check-in counter to ask if they could help with the car plate. It was then that a nearby check-in staff member took us back to the concierge desk, where someone there *did* register my car plate. I was utterly confused! Turns out, it *was* possible. So, is concierge service only reserved for foreign guests, and we don't even deserve a smile? He knew I had a baby and had been waiting for almost ten minutes, yet he was completely indifferent. This is hard to assess... The hotel facilities and cleanliness were fine. The doorman when we left was very enthusiastic. The breakfast, to be honest, was really just mediocre! The French toast was alright, but the rest was truly unremarkable... especially the waffles, which were hard and unappetizing, and the eggs were very average. Three days, two nights – next time I visit friends in Guangzhou, I definitely won't choose this place again! Though I was happy they upgraded my room type when they saw I had a small baby.

The room was perfect, I had a great stay, and I'll definitely come back next time. It was a very comfortable experience returning to China from abroad to travel.

Also, there are no key cards for room access; everything works via a PIN code provided through WeChat (along with the Wi-Fi details). I’m not sure if that’s a pro or a con, but it’s something to keep in mind. As for the downsides: there are no complimentary water bottles to drink or take with you on the go. However, there is a kitchen (not in every room) with a tap featuring a built-in water filter—which is also a rarity. The hotel’s location is a bit tricky, though they have tried to put up signs. If you’re arriving by metro, finding the right elevator in the tunnels takes some effort—it’s easy to get confused and lose your way.

My stay at the Guangzhou Eastonton Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel boasts an elegant and grand ambiance, and the room was exceptionally clean with meticulous attention to hygiene details. I especially want to commend a young lady at the front desk with glasses; her demeanor was gentle and appropriate, and her service was professional and attentive. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and polite, responding promptly to all requests, making the entire experience comfortable and relaxed. The overall service level is top-notch, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay. I will definitely prioritize this hotel for my next visit to Guangzhou.
