Its location is absolutely superb, right on Dongshuncheng Street, adjacent to Exit A of Zhongjie Station on Metro Line 1, making travel incredibly convenient. Step out and you're directly on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, with all sorts of food and shops readily available. You can even walk directly to the Imperial Palace and Zhangshi Ancestral Temple. The hotel's interior is elegant and tidy, and the rooms are spacious and airy. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was super efficient. Overall, the stay was a perfect 10 – a must-choose for anyone visiting Shenyang!

I came to Shenyang this time just to relax with my child for a short trip. I didn't want a hotel that felt too much like a student hostel, nor did I plan on staying in a super luxurious one. I just hoped for something clean, comfortable, and cozy. After comparing several hotels, I chose this one. I initially approached it with a 'just get by' mindset, but I never expected the experience today to be so amazing, completely satisfying both me and my child. I genuinely want to write a thorough review to share with friends traveling to Shenyang. We traveled on a weekend, and with a second-grader, my biggest concerns are a noisy environment, poor hygiene, and subpar service. Travel with kids often involves many little things, and any unfamiliarity can quickly ruin your mood. However, the moment we stepped into the New World Shenyang Hotel, all those worries vanished. It’s not an overly extravagant or luxurious style; instead, it's incredibly clean, grand, and has a warm, homey feel. The lobby is spacious and bright, with floors and corners meticulously clean. There's no unpleasant smell in the air, just a faint, pleasant fragrance that makes you feel very relaxed. The staff at check-in were super gentle and spoke softly. Knowing we had a child, they thoughtfully arranged a quiet, non-connecting room for us – such a considerate detail! After entering the room, I immediately started checking the hygiene, and honestly, I couldn't find a single flaw. The bed linens and duvet covers were brand new, flat, and clean, feeling soft to the touch without any stiffness. The floors, windowsills, bedside tables, and even the nooks and crannies were wiped clean. The bathroom's vanity, mirror, and washing area were all impeccably sparkling, and the wet/dry separation was excellent. What's even more thoughtful is the hotel's 24-hour service. We went out with the kids to watch a movie and returned to the hotel quite late. I assumed there wouldn't be anyone at the reception desk late at night, but to my surprise, someone was still there, providing excellent 24-hour service! Plus, there's free underground parking downstairs, which makes it very good value for money.

I was completely won over by Atour Hotel's heartwarming service during this stay! I had low blood sugar and felt dizzy during check-in; my voice was even a bit weak. The front desk staff member immediately noticed something was wrong, quickly helped me to a sofa to rest, and swiftly brought me candy to boost my sugar levels. He then promptly contacted the manager to explain the situation. Once I felt a bit better, the manager personally arranged for staff to escort me back to my room, even bringing milk and extra candy, repeatedly urging me to contact them if I felt unwell at any time. There wasn't a hint of perfunctoriness throughout; every step, from their keen observation of the problem to their thoughtful follow-up care, radiated sincerity. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the breakfast absolutely delicious. During my stay, the staff also proactively asked about my well-being. This care, going above and beyond their duties, made me, a solo traveler, feel incredibly secure. It's a shame the front desk guy didn't reveal his name; I only saw his nametag, which read 'Lan Pengyou' (likely a playful name sounding like 'boyfriend'). This isn't just a hotel; it's more like a warm harbor during a journey. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get to the Forbidden City and Zhang Shuai's Former Residence from Zhongjie Street. Dining options are even better, with everything you could possibly want available downstairs at Joy City and within Zhongjie itself. The service was impeccable; my child left clothes behind, and the front desk contacted me immediately and express-shipped them home, which I really appreciated. However, there are a few drawbacks I hope they address. Firstly, the rooms are quite small, and the facilities feel a bit dated. Secondly, the Wi-Fi is poor and constantly disconnects. Thirdly, while they claim to be 'smart,' only the curtains are actually automated.

I drove to Zhongjie and saw this hotel had its own parking lot, so I booked a room after parking. The location is indeed excellent; Zhongjie Street is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get to Toutiao Hutong, and the Forbidden City is also very close. The subway station is right outside the hotel too. I was initially worried it might be noisy, but when I returned to the hotel around 11 PM after exploring, it was surprisingly quiet. The pillows were great – I slept really well!

Just a couple of minor suggestions: first, it would be great if the rooms had a mini-fridge. Second, there aren't enough washing machines and dryers in the laundry room; they were almost always full. Also, breakfast is served until 10 AM, but when I went around 9 AM, many items were already sparse. Overall, these are minor points, and for the price, it still offers excellent value for money!

Centrally located in Zhongjie, making it super convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. Tourist attractions are within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and welcoming. Excellent value for money, definitely my top choice for travel!

Staying at the Manji Zhongjian Hotel in Shenyang was a great experience. The whole place felt very grand and clean, including the common areas which were also very tidy and spacious. They even upgraded my room, which had excellent natural light. The bedding was just the right firmness; as someone who often struggles with sleep, I slept incredibly well here. The hot water in the room came on very quickly. The staff were exceptionally professional, checking me in quickly and warmly. They were very accommodating to all my requests. When I left, they even gave me a small gift, which was a thoughtful touch. They also helped me by recommending nearby services, attractions, and popular restaurants. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The location is fantastic, right outside the subway station, and surrounded by a shopping district, so you can eat and shop everywhere you go. The hotel even provides food from 5 PM to 7 PM. I had many packages delivered to the front desk, and they were happy to receive them. The only downside is that the room is a bit old, and the bathroom mirror is transparent. So, it's fine for couples or families, but perhaps not ideal for work colleagues. Also, the restaurant on the seventh floor is next to a conference room, and the smoke from there was so strong I couldn't stand to be in it.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, above New Mart department store. The room was well-appointed and even included a bathtub. From the bathtub, I could enjoy expansive views of the distant Cai Tower, the Imperial Palace, and the pedestrian street. The only minor issue was that the bath water wasn't very hot; however, it was acceptable for this time of year. They also provided bath sponges and disposable bath liners. The bathroom featured a practical wet/dry separation and non-slip floor tiles. The bedding was very comfortable, though I found there were only two pillows initially. However, I asked housekeeping for more pillows and thankfully received two additional ones, which was great. Overall, my experience was positive, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the room's soundproofing wasn't as good as I expected. Given the room size, I could easily hear sounds from the corridor and music from the neighboring rooms.
