Another thing that deserves special mention is the facilities available to guests. The hostel has a refrigerator, which is surprisingly uncommon in many hostels. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, so you can easily prepare your own meals if you prefer. A dining area with a table is available as well, making it comfortable to sit down and eat. The hostel also provides free laundry facilities. Washing detergent is included, so you can do your laundry at no extra cost. There is even a dedicated area where you can hang your clothes to dry afterwards, which is incredibly convenient for long-term travelers and backpackers. The hostel is located on the 25th floor and offers fantastic views of the city. It is also very quiet, making it a great place to rest after a day of exploring. The host is an incredibly kind and caring woman who genuinely looks after her guests. She checks on your arrival, asks about your travel plans, gives recommendations on what to see in the city, and even suggests local food and dishes to try. You can really feel that she wants every guest to have a pleasant stay. Although she does not speak English, communication is still surprisingly easy thanks to the AI translation available through Trip.com. We had no significant communication problems during my stay. If the owner continues improving her English over time, I honestly believe this could become one of the best hostels in Nanning. She has a genuinely kind heart, and her hospitality is exceptional. The hotel also allows children to try on ethnic minority costumes, which makes for fun photos. The location in the ASEAN Business District is convenient for getting around and finding food. It's only a ten-minute walk to Vientiane City. If you're bringing kids to Nanning and want a place with a great atmosphere and hassle-free stay, this hotel is highly recommended. We stayed on a high floor and didn't even draw the curtains at night, falling asleep to the city lights. The rainy and foggy weather made the experience even more atmospheric~

Overall, a fair 4-star rating. **View:** The river view from the window was very satisfying. **Room:** The apartment is located in a green energy commercial building, which is a prime location (though a bit noisy during the day). The common areas on the different floors are old and messy. The room design itself is good, with smart home features throughout, and disposable bath towels, regular towels, and bath bags provided. However, the in-room facilities are just average; the hot water for the bathtub and shower wasn't very hot. Also, the room supplies (water, hand soap, bathing products) were unbranded, and the kettle leaked from the spout, spilling hot water when opened and scalding my hand. I suggest improving these aspects; it wouldn't cost much but would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Staying at Wanda Vista Nanning for a business trip, I accidentally lost my ID. The front desk staff patiently helped me review the surveillance footage and meticulously searched my room, and thankfully, they quickly found it. The room facilities were brand new and well-equipped, and the bedding was soft with excellent soundproofing. Katie, an angel, was warm and attentive throughout my stay, even helping me get a room upgrade and some fruit. Parking is convenient, and the location is great with everything you need nearby. The hotel's front desk is even a popular spot for photos! Pros: 1. Excellent hotel location. The subway station is right outside to the right, surrounded by commercial areas. San Xiang Liang Jie (Three Lanes and Two Alleys) is just diagonally opposite and within walking distance, making getting around very convenient. 2. As a five-star hotel with a long history, the basic services and room space are guaranteed. 3. All disposable amenities are individually packaged, which looks quite hygienic. Cons: 1. The hotel has a very strong sense of age, from the lobby to the hallways and even the rooms. The TV looks like an antique and is practically unusable. Also, please remove the mirror facing the bed; it makes it impossible to sleep. And the tissue box is very old and worn out. 2. Surprisingly, there are more hot dishes than breakfast items. How are guests supposed to eat breakfast when it feels like lunch? The rice noodles are even thicker than Guilin rice noodles and not tasty. The food quality doesn't match a five-star hotel's standard and needs improvement. 3. The room carpet wasn't very clean; garbage was clearly visible. 4. The front desk staff's service awareness needs to be improved.

Facilities: The entire place is well-equipped, and the self-service laundry room has brand new machines, making it super convenient for washing clothes while traveling. Cleanliness: Daily housekeeping is meticulous and thorough, with even the corners cleaned perfectly. Environment: It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a completely undisturbed rest.

The location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

Room: The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided. Facilities: The hotel has a small but functional fitness center, which I used a couple of times during my stay. While it’s not a massive gym, it has enough equipment for a decent workout. There’s also a restaurant on-site, which serves a variety of Chinese dishes. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, offering a mix of local and continental options. Value for Money: Given its central location and the comfort of the facilities, Sanzan Hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially for a hotel that is so conveniently situated near a metro station.
