The hotel's location is excellent. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Jinhu Square subway station, and you can reach Nanhu Park and Langxi Night Market within half an hour on foot. The lobby is quite grand, the room is spacious enough, and there's plenty of hot water. The bedding is clean and tidy. The only minor issue is that the internet is a bit slow (streaming/casting is laggy, but phone usage is generally fine). The accompanying pool and gym facilities are also fully functional. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

Reception staff- they are not good at English but they tried to help us. We used google translate for communication. I appreciated them for their support and kindness. Size- great. I booked the big room and all was good Cleanliness- good both the bedroom and toilet room but people or customers can smoke everywhere Amenities- no fridge. Others were nice. Location- it is in the CBD so it is convenient to go anywhere easily and I liked it. Lots of shops and restaurants near the hotel and it is near the Nanning exhibition center. However, the name of the hotel is not the same as the name on Trip.com. I had to check it with the staff again. Comment for Trip.com - please change the name of the hotel as attached pictures

The Four Seasons Hotel is a decent hotel with good quality, a warm design, and comprehensive facilities, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel service is particularly outstanding. We loved our stay at this hotel. It’s very welcoming, the staff are lovely and helpful. We don’t speak Chinese but the staff confidently helped us using translation tools. The room is beautiful. Very comfortable large bed and great pillows. The bathroom was good. Plenty of storage. Everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, with a good range of food. The location was convenient to the metro, walking distance to two shopping malls and parks. Beautiful shared spaces in the lobby, nice decor. We appreciated the 1pm checkout time. We would stay again!

Atour 4.0 really exceeded my expectations! Miss Antu was super gentle, offering seated check-in with hot tea and proactively introducing the facilities – so thoughtful! The bedding in the room was absolutely amazing, the sheets and duvet covers were clean and odorless, and the pillows were soft and skin-friendly. I just relaxed as soon as I lay down and slept soundly until morning. Both the hygiene and service were top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The room itself was great, breakfast fairly average (I wouldn’t pay extra for it), good shower, weak toilet flush, nice to have the windows open, good laundry, gym was just one treadmill and a bike so not great. The location was in the middle of nowhere though close to a metro (2min walk) and very quiet. Also there’s a great craft beer bar around the corner.

Check-in was incredibly fast, thanks to Jennie at the front desk. We even received a complimentary room upgrade! This Exhibition Smart Select Hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Langxi Night Market, which offers a fantastic selection of local delicacies. Getting around is also super convenient. The room's decor was simple yet calming, ensuring a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is good, but the board is a little thin. You can hear the conversations next door clearly at night. The breakfast is ordinary and nothing special, but it is filling. My roommate asked me to comment on the gentleman who cooked noodles for breakfast on 2025.2.17. His service attitude was very bad. I hope the hotel can take him back for training.

Hygiene: The hygiene is unexpectedly good, the room is very clean, the cleaning lady is very responsible and polite, and greets us warmly every time we meet; Environment: There are so many delicious foods around the hotel that you can't count them. Whether you stay for one, two or three days, you can eat different foods; Facilities: The building where the hotel is located should be a few years old, but the hotel rooms have been renovated and are not bad, but there are not many underground parking spaces. It is worth mentioning that there are not many hotels in Nanning that allow pets to stay, so although Rongyue charges a pet cleaning fee, I am still grateful, and the hotel is very soundproof, so I don't worry that the pet will affect other guests.

TThe SergeyI think maybe for Chinese it's normal but definitely not for foreigners when the room smells like a toilet... Right after I checked in, I began cleaning the room and I noticed there's clearly someone's hair, longer than mine, everywhere. There are streaks and unwashed stains on the floor. It's clear the owner tries to add a lot of furniture and interior design, but I personally don't understand the purpose of these very small tables, how to sit at them, work at them, or eat at them. I think they're completely unnecessary, they're completely useless, but there are so many of them in China! that I don't understand why they're needed. There are also some small chairs that are either toys or for children. The windows clearly lack soundproofing, which isn't a good idea if they face a main road. But then again, windows like this are everywhere in China. Either they don't care, or they don't know how to repair or adjust them, as if you were living on the street. 😂☝️

LlynecottonLet's get straight to the point. Regarding this hotel, from a family travel perspective, I do not recommend it. Families with children should probably avoid it. Reason one: Children aged 6 and above are charged half price for breakfast. While 50 yuan isn't expensive, my child only ate two sausages and two donuts. Reason two: There's very little for kids to do. There's only one swimming pool, barely two proper lanes wide. The small ball pit next to the breakfast area is only open during the dinner buffet. There's nothing else to entertain children. Reason three: There are very few family-friendly attractions within walking distance. We didn't go to Qingxiu Mountain, which might be suitable for older kids. If you're traveling for business, this hotel is fine. I'd like to commend the proactive and helpful concierge at the entrance who opened doors and handled luggage. The front desk staff were standard—neither overly enthusiastic nor unfriendly, just middle-of-the-road. A customer service manager did contact me before check-in to inquire about my stay, but I was busy at the time and didn't get a clear explanation of what they needed. When we checked out, someone specifically approached us asking for a five-star review, but I was busy checking in for my flight and the call was cut short. Upon check-in, they provided toothbrushes and slippers for the child. The front desk on the 80th floor consists of three desks, similar to those for bank wealth managers, positioned right as you exit the elevator. You check-in while seated. There are no signs indicating who is responsible for what, but you can just go to any available staff member. My only discomfort was that it's been a long time since I stayed at a 4-star-plus hotel booked through Trip.com that didn't allow check-in without a deposit. I had to pay a 1000 yuan deposit, which didn't cause any real inconvenience, but it just felt off. Breakfast is about a 4-star standard. The highlight is Luosifen (snail noodles), and the pastries seemed freshly made and tasted good. Freshly squeezed juice was available, but other than that, there wasn't much special, and the variety was limited. Perhaps I had too high expectations after reading reviews. The room was very spacious, the bed was high, and it was quiet. However, the layout was a bit confusing to navigate. Despite the low occupancy, my room was very far from the elevator. Maybe it was for a better view? In summary, this can be classified as a 4-star business hotel on the 80th floor. It truly lives up to its name of being a 'selection' hotel. The view outside was just three tall buildings. I was slightly disappointed. We checked in around 7 PM and left the next morning feeling bored. There was an option to borrow traditional ethnic costumes for a 1000 yuan deposit per set. They lacked distinctiveness or suitable backdrops for photos, so we just took a few pictures in the room. The clothes were quite new and clean. The overall atmosphere felt a bit sterile. The walk from the ground floor lobby to the elevators was very spacious and empty.

The common areas on the different floors are old and messy. The room design itself is good, with smart home features throughout, and disposable bath towels, regular towels, and bath bags provided. However, the in-room facilities are just average; the hot water for the bathtub and shower wasn't very hot. Also, the room supplies (water, hand soap, bathing products) were unbranded, and the kettle leaked from the spout, spilling hot water when opened and scalding my hand. I suggest improving these aspects; it wouldn't cost much but would significantly enhance the guest experience.

The front desk staff greeted us with a lovely smile and were so gentle. Our room was big and spotless, and the bed was so soft and comfortable. Outside the window, we had a beautiful view, and the room itself had a pleasant fragrance. The hotel environment was also excellent, very quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all. All the staff were very polite and always greeted us. The facilities here are also very comprehensive, making our stay feel incredibly secure. I was so happy with this hotel experience, and next time I travel, I'd love to stay here again! This was truly an unforgettable and wonderful experience!

GGuest UserThis is an older five-star hotel, and while the decor is about a decade old, the bed was super comfortable and it was quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. The best part is its fantastic location right in the central business district. Metro Line 2's Exit G is right outside, and it's just a few minutes walk to Sanjie Liangxiang, Zhongshan Road Night Market, and the Yongjiang River. It was incredibly convenient for evening strolls! The breakfast definitely lived up to the standard of an established hotel, even featuring local specialties from Guangdong and Guangxi. They also offer a special morning tea (available for an extra charge, and the hotel provides coupons). Unfortunately, I missed it because I had an early train to catch, but I'd love to try it next time!

I have to praise the breakfast rice noodles – freshly made to order, the noodles were smooth and springy, and the toppings were abundant. Starting the day with a hot, authentic bowl really set me up for a great day. The service was thoughtful, and it was great value for money. Highly recommended! It's also very close to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, Three Lanes and Two Alleys, and more.

The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

They even gave us two small toys because they saw we had a child. They also brought plenty of water, worried that our child might have trouble adjusting to the new environment. We booked a suite, which was large, though the decor was a bit dated. However, the hotel informed us immediately and offered to change rooms. But seeing the large room, thick carpet, and spacious bathtub, we were already very satisfied, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of freshly stir-fried vegetables – bok choy, cauliflower, lotus root slices, and sweet peas. The Lao You Fen (a type of rice noodle soup) was also quite tasty. Compared to other hotels with their large quantities of pre-made sausages, chicken nuggets, and steamed buns, I think this place is more suitable for tourists who want to enjoy some vegetarian dishes to balance things out. For more delicious food, you can go to a specialty restaurant outside. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and transportation is quite convenient.
