I was very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The surrounding area is quiet and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out efficiently, and responding promptly to any requests. The bathroom was clean and odor-free, with stable hot water and a full set of toiletries. For the price of 220, I shouldn't have expected a 4-star hotel, but my overall experience was still profoundly disappointing. While the room had been renovated, it still didn't feel like a true 4-star establishment. The TV screen would flicker every ten minutes or so – a new 'eye-care' mode, perhaps? However, it was clean and hygienic. Although the surroundings were quiet, I found the overall experience quite uncomfortable. After checking in at the main lobby, there were no signs guiding us. We had to navigate through a parking lot and down some steps just to find Building 2. It felt particularly eerie and creepy at night. Adding to this, despite the quiet surroundings, the room's soundproofing was terrible. If children spoke even slightly loudly, everyone on the entire floor could hear. Finally, the service was so poor, I wouldn't even give it a single star. Shortly after checking in, an elder in our group couldn't figure out the AC, so they called the front desk. I was then asked to help. While I was still adjusting it, a staff member came over and asked if the AC was problematic. I told them I had fixed it. The staff member then rudely retorted, 'Even if it's fixed, you should still call the front desk to inform us,' before turning around and walking off. Their ungracious attitude was truly baffling. Is this their idea of a 'four-star standard' – to annoy guests? This is likely the most detailed review I've ever penned, not for objectivity, but because every aspect of this stay deserves nothing more than half a star.

This is an older five-star hotel, and while the decor is about a decade old, the bed was super comfortable and it was quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. The best part is its fantastic location right in the central business district. Metro Line 2's Exit G is right outside, and it's just a few minutes walk to Sanjie Liangxiang, Zhongshan Road Night Market, and the Yongjiang River. It was incredibly convenient for evening strolls! The breakfast definitely lived up to the standard of an established hotel, even featuring local specialties from Guangdong and Guangxi. They also offer a special morning tea (available for an extra charge, and the hotel provides coupons). Unfortunately, I missed it because I had an early train to catch, but I'd love to try it next time!

This was my first time visiting Nanning, and having stayed at ECharm Hotels before, I booked the ECharm Hotel at Rongchuangmao in Nanning. We stayed for four nights. The hotel's location was great, not far from Nanning's main attractions. The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had plenty of rest. The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning aunties, were all very friendly. What's even better is that the security guard in the laundry room and the cleaning aunties actually helped us wash, dry, and deliver our clothes to our rooms – that was truly thoughtful! This is a new hotel, and the stay was really comfortable, plus the price was very affordable. It was a wonderful stay experience.

The room was a bit dated, but exceptionally clean. For a guesthouse, the facilities were perfectly fine, and the soundproofing was actually quite good. I was pleasantly surprised to find electric curtains! The service was standard, and check-out was very convenient. Breakfast options were limited, comparable to what you'd find at a budget hotel.

Overall, this hotel is quite good. Environment: The hotel is right next to the subway, very close. There are also many shared electric bikes available, making it very convenient to get around. Location-wise, there's a large shopping mall right outside, and it's not far from the pedestrian street and morning market. Cleanliness: I was quite satisfied with the cleanliness; it was very clean, and disposable toiletries were changed daily. Service: The service was okay, but sometimes the room cleaning was done very late, leaving some room unfinished after we returned from our outings, which was a bit inconvenient. Facilities: The facilities were a bit of a headache. The Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to; we barely had any connection after staying for over three days, and the TV was unusable. The shower water was very comfortable, heating up quickly and the water pressure was strong. The soundproofing was also quite good; we stayed near the elevator, so there was basically no noise. Breakfast: Breakfast was self-service, mostly soups and noodles, which felt quite local, and there were also bread and eggs, which was quite nice.

I have lived a few times and I feel pretty good. This time I came to Nanning to do business and chose this location, which is very convenient. There are many places to eat and shop around, and it is easier to find a walk. TThe SergeyI think maybe for Chinese it's normal but definitely not for foreigners when the room smells like a toilet... Right after I checked in, I began cleaning the room and I noticed there's clearly someone's hair, longer than mine, everywhere. There are streaks and unwashed stains on the floor. It's clear the owner tries to add a lot of furniture and interior design, but I personally don't understand the purpose of these very small tables, how to sit at them, work at them, or eat at them. I think they're completely unnecessary, they're completely useless, but there are so many of them in China! that I don't understand why they're needed. There are also some small chairs that are either toys or for children. The windows clearly lack soundproofing, which isn't a good idea if they face a main road. But then again, windows like this are everywhere in China. Either they don't care, or they don't know how to repair or adjust them, as if you were living on the street. 😂☝️

LlynecottonLet's get straight to the point. Regarding this hotel, from a family travel perspective, I do not recommend it. Families with children should probably avoid it. Reason one: Children aged 6 and above are charged half price for breakfast. While 50 yuan isn't expensive, my child only ate two sausages and two donuts. Reason two: There's very little for kids to do. There's only one swimming pool, barely two proper lanes wide. The small ball pit next to the breakfast area is only open during the dinner buffet. There's nothing else to entertain children. Reason three: There are very few family-friendly attractions within walking distance. We didn't go to Qingxiu Mountain, which might be suitable for older kids. If you're traveling for business, this hotel is fine. I'd like to commend the proactive and helpful concierge at the entrance who opened doors and handled luggage. The front desk staff were standard—neither overly enthusiastic nor unfriendly, just middle-of-the-road. A customer service manager did contact me before check-in to inquire about my stay, but I was busy at the time and didn't get a clear explanation of what they needed. When we checked out, someone specifically approached us asking for a five-star review, but I was busy checking in for my flight and the call was cut short. Upon check-in, they provided toothbrushes and slippers for the child. The front desk on the 80th floor consists of three desks, similar to those for bank wealth managers, positioned right as you exit the elevator. You check-in while seated. There are no signs indicating who is responsible for what, but you can just go to any available staff member. My only discomfort was that it's been a long time since I stayed at a 4-star-plus hotel booked through Trip.com that didn't allow check-in without a deposit. I had to pay a 1000 yuan deposit, which didn't cause any real inconvenience, but it just felt off. Breakfast is about a 4-star standard. The highlight is Luosifen (snail noodles), and the pastries seemed freshly made and tasted good. Freshly squeezed juice was available, but other than that, there wasn't much special, and the variety was limited. Perhaps I had too high expectations after reading reviews. The room was very spacious, the bed was high, and it was quiet. However, the layout was a bit confusing to navigate. Despite the low occupancy, my room was very far from the elevator. Maybe it was for a better view? In summary, this can be classified as a 4-star business hotel on the 80th floor. It truly lives up to its name of being a 'selection' hotel. The view outside was just three tall buildings. I was slightly disappointed. We checked in around 7 PM and left the next morning feeling bored. There was an option to borrow traditional ethnic costumes for a 1000 yuan deposit per set. They lacked distinctiveness or suitable backdrops for photos, so we just took a few pictures in the room. The clothes were quite new and clean. The overall atmosphere felt a bit sterile. The walk from the ground floor lobby to the elevators was very spacious and empty.

GGuest UserOverall, a fair 4-star rating. **View:** The river view from the window was very satisfying. **Room:** The apartment is located in a green energy commercial building, which is a prime location (though a bit noisy during the day). The common areas on the different floors are old and messy. The room design itself is good, with smart home features throughout, and disposable bath towels, regular towels, and bath bags provided. However, the in-room facilities are just average; the hot water for the bathtub and shower wasn't very hot. Also, the room supplies (water, hand soap, bathing products) were unbranded, and the kettle leaked from the spout, spilling hot water when opened and scalding my hand. I suggest improving these aspects; it wouldn't cost much but would significantly enhance the guest experience.

As soon as we pulled up, someone immediately helped us with our luggage. After check-in, they also proactively guided us to our room with our bags. The front desk staff greeted us with a lovely smile and were so gentle. Our room was big and spotless, and the bed was so soft and comfortable. Outside the window, we had a beautiful view, and the room itself had a pleasant fragrance. The hotel environment was also excellent, very quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all. All the staff were very polite and always greeted us. The facilities here are also very comprehensive, making our stay feel incredibly secure. I was so happy with this hotel experience, and next time I travel, I'd love to stay here again! This was truly an unforgettable and wonderful experience!

I have to praise the breakfast rice noodles – freshly made to order, the noodles were smooth and springy, and the toppings were abundant. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

MM441247****The service was warm and attentive. As soon as our family got out of the taxi, someone helped us with our luggage and pushed the stroller to check-in. They even gave us two small toys because they saw we had a child. They also brought plenty of water, worried that our child might have trouble adjusting to the new environment. We booked a suite, which was large, though the decor was a bit dated. However, the hotel informed us immediately and offered to change rooms. But seeing the large room, thick carpet, and spacious bathtub, we were already very satisfied, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of freshly stir-fried vegetables – bok choy, cauliflower, lotus root slices, and sweet peas. The Lao You Fen (a type of rice noodle soup) was also quite tasty. Compared to other hotels with their large quantities of pre-made sausages, chicken nuggets, and steamed buns, I think this place is more suitable for tourists who want to enjoy some vegetarian dishes to balance things out. For more delicious food, you can go to a specialty restaurant outside. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and transportation is quite convenient.
