They greeted guests politely, always with a smile, showing a high level of professionalism that was truly impressive. What was even more exceptional was that despite the busy period, the duty manager, Darren Zhang, contacted us through the front desk to ask about our check-in preferences and room requirements. This made us very happy, and we will definitely choose Beijing Park Plaza Hotel again next time we visit Beijing!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right above a subway station and the Shinsegae department store. The front desk staff provided great service, especially Xiao Li, who checked me in and even proactively upgraded my room. Thumbs up!👍🏻 However, I also have to mention a downside. I stayed in a suite, and there was a strange odor in the bedroom – like someone had sneezed without covering their mouth and the smell was lingering in the air. It was very noticeable as soon as I entered, particularly near the bedside table on the wardrobe side, but I couldn't pinpoint the source. Luckily, opening the window helped a bit, but this really impacted my stay experience."

"Here's my detailed review again! Overall: Excellent location, definitely worth staying! Firstly, the location is fantastic. It's a 5-minute walk to Sanyuanqiao subway station, and even closer if you exit from the basement of Phoenix City Mall. There are plenty of dining options and a 7-Eleven nearby. It's incredibly convenient whether you're exploring Beijing by subway or traveling to and from Capital Airport. Secondly, the cleanliness is great. Although the hotel has been open for a few years, the room facilities are well-maintained, and the bathroom and shower are very clean. Thirdly, the Citigo brand is known for its well-equipped lobby. The ground floor has a restaurant, billiards, TV, and bar service in the evenings, so you can enjoy the nightlife without even leaving the hotel. However, there's a common issue with Huazhu hotels: staff are asked to call and solicit good reviews... If a hotel is good, I'll naturally give an objective review. These calls are actually quite annoying."

"Had a fantastic business trip stay here. The room was clean, quiet, and perfect for both work and rest. Mia at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I checked in around noon, she even gave me a discount voucher for the lunch buffet on the second floor. The price was great, there was a wide variety of dishes, and overall it was excellent value for money. I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip."

"Based on my request, the hotel specifically arranged for me to stay on the 24th floor, very close to the executive lounge. The service was excellent every day, especially Anthony from the executive lounge who was incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located next to a subway station and a shopping mall. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in town."
