The front desk staff were incredibly efficient and friendly during check-in, answering all my questions and quickly arranging everything for me. Stepping into the room, my first impression was one of cleanliness and tidiness. The bed was made perfectly smooth without a single wrinkle, the bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and toiletries were neatly arranged. The facilities were also very new; the TV, air conditioner, kettle, and everything else worked perfectly.

The stay experience was great, the room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was particularly safe. Convenient location, convenient travel, warm and thoughtful front desk service, super cost-effective, preferred for business trips, highly recommended!

The hotel is fairly new. As a result they don’t have any bar fridges in any of their rooms yet. That inconvenienced me a lot. The hotel is very clean the staff were very helpful during my stay. I wouldn’t return solely because of the fridge situation.

After entering the room, a white strip fell off and the bottled water was empty. I called the front desk to explain this. The lady who answered the phone said that the waiter might have forgotten the mineral water and she arranged for someone to come over and take a look.
