"The location is good. Although it's not right in the city center, the tram makes it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers good value for money. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning. Unfortunately, it was very hot during my stay, and I had trouble sleeping on the first night. Still, I’m happy to give this hotel 5 stars because the staff were exceptional. Aiza was especially professional, patient, and genuinely kind—she is the main reason I decided to leave a 5-star review. Kanan and Dima were also very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Prague, and next time I'll make sure to try the restaurant Aiza recommended nearby! And I wish her all the best in her future!🍀💐😊"

"Lovely, quiet, clean room in hotel which is a half hour walk of 5-10 min tram to city centre. Breakfast was very nice and there was a good variety of food. Staff were attentive and kind.  Only thing that we thought was slightly strange is that we had two single duvets laid down on the bed horizontally? We just moved them vertical and had a single duvet each, but for a double bed we thought it was a little strange. (The double bed was 2 singles pushed together but didn’t bother us) Overall we had a good stay for a very reasonable price and would recommend."

"A brilliant hotel with professional and friendly staff. The atmosphere is wonderful and every detail is thought through which is great. It is fun, calm and with much good /playful vibes. My room was spacious and super clean. If I could say one minor let down was the shower (big but not powerful and noisy). Breakfast was wonderful, loved the juicer you can use to make your own. The only downside was no decaf coffee. And I wished the restaurant menu was a bit longer with more vegetarian/pescetarian options. Will definitely stay there again if coming to Prague again."

"The service was excellent; the staff were attentive and enthusiastic. The food was decent, though the selection was a bit limited! They even gave my husband a bottle of red wine and a birthday card on his birthday, which was very thoughtful! It's also just a few blocks from the Astronomical Clock and about a 5-minute walk from Charles Bridge! Public transportation and subway access are very convenient!"

"This is a lovely hotel. While the building is old, leading to some minor inconveniences like inefficient heating and limited power outlets, the overall pleasant experience more than makes up for it. It's within walking distance of Prague Main Station, with tram stops, metro stations, and department stores right nearby. Getting to the airport via Bolt took less than 30 minutes. It was the perfect hotel, whether for sightseeing or just relaxing. The breakfast was also superb. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the cocktails at the bar."

"The service was great! On my last day, they were so kind to switch me to a higher floor, no questions asked. The facilities are brand new, so there's a slight, but noticeable, smell of renovation. They even have Xiaomi scales and hairdryers, which made me feel right at home, like I was back in China."

"We had the most fabulous stay at the President Hotel in Prague. We were warmly welcomed by the staff who stored our bags before check in. The room was spotless, quiet, spacious and tasteful. The housekeeping was immaculate, and the location of the hotel was amazing, right on the river!"

"Very satisfied with the room, facilities are new and complete. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, the breakfast was excellent, especially the soft and fragrant croissants. We were supposed to get two breakfasts for two nights, but the front desk told us we had four, which we really appreciated! 😊"

"The Dancing House Hotel was a pleasant surprise from every point of view. The location is truly unique: the building’s whimsical, sinuous shapes immediately catch your eye, and waking up in such an iconic structure is already an experience in itself. The position is strategic, close to the River, and allows you to reach Prague’s historic centre comfortably on foot in just a few minutes. What really struck me, however, was the cleanliness of the room: immaculate, with attention to every detail, fresh and fragrant linens, and tidy surroundings that made the stay extremely enjoyable. A special thank you goes to the staff: despite my late arrival, well past the scheduled check-in time, they welcomed me with a smile and great courtesy, without rushing or showing any sign of displeasure. This kind of kindness and helpfulness cannot be taken for granted and truly makes all the difference. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an original, comfortable, and well-located stay, with attentive and professional staff."
