"Everything was good starting with the reception and a very cute and friendly girl there. The room was big and very clean. The location is just near the bars and nightclubs. You can take a walk near the river or cross the bridge and go to the old town. It takes only 10-12 minutes. There are several shops and supermarkets in 5 minutes walking. And you can find a very good pizza in pizzeria Milano just a few minutes away. The breakfast was fine but not so many options. And of course you should know that it it a vegetarian breakfast. I loved this hotel. Thank you for this beautiful weekend."

"The location is great because it is right in front of the tourist attraction. However, the room size is a business hotel room size and is compact. Breakfast is simple as expected from a European business hotel."

"The single room actually had two beds pushed together. I stayed here for one night to catch an early flight, and the location was excellent. There are U and S train stations within 100 meters, making it super convenient to get to the plaza, Iron Bridge, etc. It's also easy to get to the airport. The shower drain was clogged, so the overall experience was just okay. Besides the great location, I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't really recommend this hotel if you're a solo female traveler."

"We stayed during the Easter Weekend at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and it was a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to be accommodating, which made the stay feel extra special. They even arranged champagne and a birthday cake for him as I had requested, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel truly memorable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant yet comfortable, and everything was handled with great attention to detail. One of the highlights for me was the spa, it was quiet, clean, and very relaxing, the perfect place to unwind. Another big plus is the location, the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and lovely bars, making it easy to enjoy the city without going far. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.❤️"

"Reception staff unfriendly, unhelpful. Didn’t explain properly where and how to park my car in the basement, so it was a frustrating experience for me to say the least. The two girls at the reception, one in the evening when I was checking in and the other in the morning when I was checking out, seemed annoyed when I was asking questions about various things in and around the hotel. So, if you can avoid it, do so. If you can’t, don’t expect a welcoming environment."

"I forgot to take the photo of bed. Staffs are nice and welcoming, and breakfast is included. 3-5 minutes on foot to walk from the Hbf. Also nice location to get to Main river(8-10 minutes) I found there is a scale right before the exit door. You can weigh your suitcase with it."

"A perfect hotel for a short stay. The location is in the center of the old town and close to tourist sights, restaurants, supermarket, bars etc. The room (inc bathroom) was immaculately clean and the fridge and (small) in-room safe was much appreciated, as was the range of international TV channels. Given everything was so good, it was a surprise that despite a kettle being in the room along with ONE sachet of sugar and ONE UHT milk, but NO coffee or tea or teaspoon. (pic attached) Overall, excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again, but will remember to bring my own tea bags!"
