"We booked this hotel because we were attending a concert at the Batschkapp-Halle, and for that purpose, the location was excellent and within walking distance. Directly across from the hotel is a subway station, which was super convenient for getting to Frankfurt city center. The hotel itself is functional and modern, the beds are very good, and everything was spotless. The check-in was completely online and went smoothly."

"The room doors are very noisy, banging and cracking. They need to find a solution for the room doors; there's a strange noise when the doors of the next room or another room slam shut. Also, I don't know if there was construction or renovations going on nearby or on the floors, but we woke up early in the morning to the sound of drills and hammers. The location is nice, the cleanliness is good, but this noise issue really disrupted my resting comfort."

"The location is nice, with both basement and surface parking, and parking is free. The front desk staff are friendly and offer assistance with receiving packages. The rooms are a bit small, but overall they are clean."

"Our room was quiet most of the night although we had a few knocking sounds from main door. We suspected it was due to the air pressure built up from corridor as our room was near the end of corridor. The room carpet was tainted with stains but that didn’t affect us. Hotel was near to subway station and took less than 30mins from main train station."

"The hotel is located in the suburbs. It's a fairly new hotel with a spacious lobby, relatively new room facilities, and a kitchenette. The surrounding area appears to be a residential area with a Rewe supermarket and two restaurants, where the food is quite delicious."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Eastfive Hotel. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were well-maintained and tidy – there's really nothing to complain about. The location is a bit outside the city center, which you should factor in, but for the price – especially over New Year's – it's absolutely fair. You really can't complain. Breakfast was good and had a decent selection, but unfortunately, it was very crowded, so it got a bit hectic at times. Overall, it offers good value for money and we highly recommend it if you're looking for a clean hotel at a reasonable price."

Environment: The environment is great, and the surrounding area is quite safe. Restaurants and supermarkets are all within a few hundred meters, which is very convenient. Service: The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very kind and friendly."

"Headline: Not recommended if you want to be near the city. While the room was clean, it was far too small and lacked essential furniture like a wardrobe or a mini-fridge. The bathroom was the only spacious part of the room. The biggest downside is the location; being 6km away means spending an extra €25+ daily on transport. Any money you save on the room rate, you will likely spend on taxis or transit."
