"My room was too hot, i asked for help from the customer service but they said because it’s sunday so the staff came back home, they can not fix it, but also did not give me any solution. I asked for the fan, but they said they don’t have and asked me to open the windows. The worst thing is it is floor 7th, too loud to open the window. I couldn’t sleep for the whole night"

"Super convenient and amazing! My stay at LyvInn Frankfurt Messe from July 4th to July 11th was truly super convenient and amazing! First off, the location is impeccable. It's incredibly convenient for anyone visiting the Frankfurt Exhibition Center, and the surrounding transportation links are excellent, saving a lot of travel time. The natural light in the room was fantastic. During the day, it was bright and comfortable, instantly putting me in a good mood. What really surprised me was the view from the window. Both the daytime city streets and the bustling, charming night view after dark were stunning. Relaxing in the room at night, enjoying a drink while looking out at the scenery, was truly pleasant and atmospheric. The room's cleanliness, facilities, and the staff's attitude were all top-notch, making for a very reassuring stay. The location is a bit far from the city center, but this was not really a problem because there is a light rail station right at the front door. From there, it is very easy to reach the city center in a short time. This made traveling around simple and convenient, even though the hotel itself is outside the busy areas. I appreciated the effort the hotel made to keep the rooms tidy and welcoming. The only downside was the bed. The double bed was actually made by joining two single beds together. This was not very comfortable, especially when trying to sleep in the middle. It felt a little awkward and less relaxing compared to a proper double bed. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers who want a quiet location with easy transport to the city. Just be aware of the bed arrangement."

"Very close to the airport, the hotel is quite satisfactory, there is no drinking water provided, the hotel buys five euros a bottle, and the supermarket can't buy 5 cents a bottle in the next few days."

"The bed was large, soft, and very comfortable. The hotel also provided complimentary water, and the bathroom was spacious. There's an S-Bahn station nearby, where you can take the S8 or S9 directly to the airport in just 2-4 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Even with planes taking off nearby, you barely hear the engine noise – the soundproofing is excellent. I'll definitely be back."

"Right by Frankfurt Airport. I stayed here for one night due to an airport strike, and the hotel actually exceeded my expectations. It's better than other Holiday Inns I've stayed at before. "The hotel is good, but it's a bit of a walk from the light rail station. Taking bus 87 to connect to the light rail station would be fine, but the buses are infrequent and the wait times are too long. Also, there were some drunk people gathering and drinking in the hotel parking lot at night, which might be a safety concern."
