유럽에서 방문한 호스텔 중 최고였습니다. 시설도 좋은데 무엇보다 호스텔 Staff의 친절함이 정말 좋았습니다. 밤기차를 타고가서 호스텔 문을 열자마자 짐을 두러 들어갔는데, 친절하게 맞아 주셨습니다. 그리고 체크인 시간 이전에 먼저 와서 쉴 수 있게 준비해 주셨습니다. 덕분에 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다. 시설도 좋습니다. 주방에 있는 시리얼, 커피, 차도 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다. 위치도 하이델베르크 성 바로 밑에 있어서 관광지에 다니기 좋습니다. 다음에 와도 무조건 다시 이용할 것 같습니다. 추천합니다!☺️

🔗 Online check-in: They send an email beforehand with a link to fill out your information and preferences online. The hotel then assigns rooms based on these requests, making it super convenient to just grab your key card upon arrival. My only minor gripe is that the email frequency from booking to arrival felt a bit too high. 🍽️ Dining: Didn't try the hotel's food, and there weren't any recommended restaurants nearby. Good dining options required traveling a bit further. Restaurants around tourist attractions offered more choices and better quality. 🗺️ Location: It's literally a 2-minute walk from the main train station – couldn't be closer! An excellent location, so you don't have to rush for your train (even if German trains aren't always on time). 🗣️ Noise: Despite being so close to the main train station, you barely hear any noise in the room. With the windows closed, it's almost eerily quiet.

This is a truly perfect hotel, spacious and bright, with a striking design. It has two rooms, one inside and one outside, and the sofa bed in the outer room is incredibly comfortable and high-quality. The window overlooks the street, and the sound of church bells drifts in the breeze, evoking a sense of ethereal peace and tranquility... It's a style my children and I absolutely adore. The room also comes with a generous selection of food and beverages, all included in the room rate. The service charge accepts both credit and cash, which is very flexible. The bathroom sink plug was broken, so I called customer service. Upon opening the door, the handsome front desk guy came to fix it. Without a word, he took off his suit and quickly fixed it. This multi-person experience isn't limited to domestic use. My children said they probably waited for the repairman to arrive, and they didn't know when.

Stayed 2 nights here and simply loved it! Look at the photos, it has practically everything you need and I like that Hotel works very systematically. There is a nice refrigerator with freezer compartment. This chic studio utilises every space and has alot of storage. Great for those with long stays or who has a heavy baggage that needs organisation. If I’m not wrong there is a self service laundry in the hotel. There is one coffee machine in the room with 3 types of flavors-normal, decaf and chocolate. None of it contain sugar. Guests can also take drinks from their coffee machine in ground level E - but you have to bring your own cups (from your room). You will be given a list of paper on what is needed during check in. Easy and simple. If you want the ac on, you need to ensure windows are closed properly. We left the windows open at night as it’s more cooling. But you have to bear with the noises from outside. During check out, guests will need to load the dish washer and put them on start (with the dishwashing capsule) before leaving. It’s really cool since Asians dont really use them. They also provide a sponge and dish liquid if you prefer to wash as per normal. We did both.

The location is excellent. It's an 8-minute walk from the back of the train station after you get off. Public buses and trams are also convenient for getting to various places (pedestrian street, old castle, Neckar River, hospitals, university departments). The suite is spacious enough and has a small kitchen. Breakfast is 18 euros, and the restaurant is large with good food, coffee, and various teas. The hotel's courtyard/lawn is huge, and it's very pleasant to have a drink there in the evening. There's also a laundry room.

The whole hotel looks old, and the bathroom door in the room can't be closed. The air conditioning has problems—it's constantly cold, and there is no heating. However, the front desk staff and restaurant service personnel are relatively friendly. The breakfast selection is also quite rich. However, compared to four-star hotels in Taiwan, the facilities here seem outdated. Taiwan’s hotels are newer and cleaner, and the food selection is also more abundant.

Near Heidelberg Hbf. Brand-new hotel. But the breakfast buffet is just so-so. No new food provided. Fruits are not good, at least not fit my taste. We ordered triple beds room, the third bed is really…casual. Just one bed in the bedstead. Not comfortable at all.

We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

The location of this hotel is great, and the front desk people were nice too. But the facility was way below either the industry standard or our expectation - the knob of the shower was falling down, the curtain was also falling down and could not close; the reading light switch had no handle; and the shower drainage was blocked (see the photos) ---- shockingly this is in Germany!! Very, Very disappointed.

The environment is good. Those who have not lived in the attic can try it.
