"It's high time to renovate the hotel. The soundproofing is terrible, and listening to your neighbors cough and blow their noses is hardly entertaining. Now, instead of mini shampoo bottles, there's a dispenser on the wall. Empty. Thankfully, for 90 euros a night, it's very convenient. Is water in the room a paid service? Excellent."

"There are definitely reasons for being more expensive than anywhere else. The facilities were very tidy and nice. Breakfast is also varied and delicious. However, I didn't do that because I thought I had to provide one water every day."

"My time at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. I was initially hesitant to book, even after seeing the high ratings, but I'm so glad I went ahead with it. It turned out to be the best hotel stay ever! The staff's amazing hospitality, the hotel's ambiance, and its excellent location were all top-notch. I also added breakfast, which was delicious and something I highly recommend. The spa was an additional treat and provided a truly blissful experience. This is one of those hotels I'd love to stay at again someday – it was just that good."

"Very clean and quiet hotel, lovely shower, bathrobes and slippers. Amazing spa and chocolate hour is a nice touch. However the check in was long as there was a queue and one person at the reception. Not so happy with the bedding, uncomfortable pillows and soft mattress. Not worth paying extra for breakfast, limited choice and extra €5 for fresh orange juice is not acceptable. At breakfast we felt rushed and pestered by the waitresses."

"We booked this hotel after our initial accommodation in Tallinn was a let down. The location is great, and the ease of check-in digitally was ideal and the hotel is well kept. We were given a room on the 7th floor in the corner (734) Unfortunately that was the end of our comfort, my Husband and I were both woken up at 1:30am to heavy cleaning machinery being used to clean the wellness centre. It was so loud above us, on top of that a lot of banging and other noises whilst they were cleaning. First of all, who cleans a gym wellness centre at 1:30am? I understand it’s a 24 hour centre but surely it would make sense to clean it earlier in the evening? Especially if it’s situated about guest rooms? I called the reception and the lady was trying to convince me that it was the ventilation and that “no one was in the gym”, which was actually confirmed by the manager the next morning that it was in fact the cleaners. We probably won’t be reimbursed in any way by the hotel but if you stay here, request a room not on the 7th floor!"

"A historic hotel, many presidents' choices, really is a boutique. The hotel rooms are fully equipped, clean, large bathtub, hot and cold water is very convenient to use, there are electric towel racks, disposable slippers. Occasionally birds can be seen through the skylights, and of course raindrops. Free water and tea bags coffee kettle are available on the small table in the room, and paid snacks and drinks are available in the small refrigerator. Breakfast is full, there are many choices, there are hot dishes, fruits, milk juices, etc.... There are sofa tables and chairs in the lobby to receive friends and customers, etc., and there are drinks and desserts to order. (Free water supply, very unexpected! 😁) The hotel is a 3-minute walk from a shopping mall and supermarket. Recommended and staying again! ! !"

"Great location, right next to bus and tram stops, and not far from the main bus terminal. The front desk staff were excellent and always eager to help with any questions. Breakfast wasn't super diverse, but it had all the essentials. My only minor complaint is that on the last day, the juice machine only had water in it."

"This is the perfect choice if you are arriving by ferry, it is literally 5 mins straight line walk from the Port. We stayed here two nights paying around HK$800 per night with breakfast. The breakfast spread is great, not a lot of varieties but suffice. Going to the old town would take around 5 - 8mins walk and going to Viru - more of the town centre is around 15 mins. We arrived before 3pm, but the hotel was able to accommodate an early check in for us, so we had a great rest after the over night VR train from Roveniemi and cross Baltic sea cruise from Helsinki. I would recommend this hotel to people who are visiting Tallin."
