Hotels near AUC New Cairo, New Cairo City

The apartment is in a great location, close to the airport and convenient to the industrial area. Most importantly, you can cook your own meals, which is great for people who travel frequently for work and can enjoy their own food!

The room was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, and there was a pleasant fragrance as soon as I entered, which was very comforting. We booked a two-bedroom room, and it even had two toilets and a super spacious courtyard! The kitchen and living room were also beautiful. The staff were incredibly nice, especially Bassel. On the day we checked out, we left our belongings at the hotel, and when we returned to retrieve them that evening, he provided all the necessary services, including bathroom amenities and drinking water. We really loved this hotel. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's away from the noise and crowds of the old town. Using a taxi app was no problem at all; it only cost a little over 200 Egyptian pounds to get to the city center. I highly recommend staying here.

We would definitely come back again! We have enjoyed staying at Salam 275 hotel during our visit to Cairo. The room we booked was exactly as it’s described online, the stuff are very nice and respectful and they go above and beyond to help their gusts with everything they need And specially MOHEMADE RIFAD who work at the front desk is a supper genuine, very special nice man! The first night we checked in at their hotel, we did not have any Egyptian currency yet to purchase anything, and thus, he went ahead and paid for all of our meal from his own money… (and offer to help if theirs anything else that we need) and we returned his money to him the next day. They assisted us with everything we need at the hotel and or outside, directing us touring the city, places to go and even find us the honest taxi drivers that we can use. We appreciate their hospitality

We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

The hotel's location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable layout, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, and the hot water supply was stable. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they were efficient. Overall, it offers good value for money, and the environment is quiet and peaceful.

The room had an access to the pool directly which is nice. Only bad thing was people smoke all over the hotel making it so unpleasant. Everywhere in the world, people are not allowed to smoke inside hotels. So clearly not for people who have wheezing or asthma. Management should seriously look into this. Other than that all staff were very nice. Ashraqqat and also bfast staff are all very nice. Excellent bfast.

The hotel is great, and the breakfast is even better! This is my second time staying here, and the service is excellent. It's definitely worth checking out. The value for money is outstanding, and getting a taxi nearby is super convenient. Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

First room smelled like cigarettes despite picking no smoking. Second room was an upgrade but it was actually the upgrade I originally paid for. My first room was a downgrade.

If you mean what does a 4/5 review mean, it generally means very good / great, with some limitations or room for improvement. One review methodology, for example, describes 4/5 as “dependable,” while another maps it to “great.” If you mean what does a 4/5 review mean, it generally means very good / great, with some limitations or room for improvement. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The facilities were good, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. There is still some room for improvement, particularly in a few service details and consistency. However, overall, it was a good experience and I would consider staying here again.
