"This hotel's location and breakfast are better than other places I've stayed at in the same price range. However, the air conditioning and ventilation weren't great, and there was a strange smell. On the other hand, the front desk service was excellent; the staff were polite, enthusiastic, and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, including Chinese and Italian options, as well as fast food like McDonald's and Starbucks. Shopping is also very convenient. It's only a 3-minute walk to the University Station metro. Aside from the AC issue in the room, everything else was quite good."

"The hotel's policies need improvement, and they should provide services befitting a 4-star hotel. Initially, the reception staff were friendly, and the Spanish people were very kind, but the hotel's services need improvement. I called reception and asked why they hadn't provided water in my room, as is standard in 4-star hotels. They told me there was water in the refrigerator that I could drink. However, when it was time to check out, they told me I had to pay for the water. I pointed out that they were the ones who told me to drink it, and they replied, ”No, we told you there was water in the refrigerator!” Furthermore, slippers weren't provided in the room, and neither coffee nor tea was available. Honestly, the hotel's policies are very poor, and I don't plan on returning."

"My first trip to Spain, and I stayed two nights in Barcelona. This hotel is simply wonderful; both the exterior and interior are stylish. Each floor has a water dispenser with chilled, room temperature, and sparkling water, which was very convenient. I was also pleased with the strong airflow of the hairdryer and the good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of vegetables, including cold carrot soup and soybean soup, delicious omelets, and excellent cured ham. The bread selection was extensive, from sweet pastries to focaccia and croissant sandwiches, all delicious. The cheesecake, in particular, was outstanding. Coincidentally, my daughter's birthday fell on our second night. When we returned to our room from sightseeing, we were surprised with a message card, a cake, and a crown present! It was incredibly touching. I would definitely want to stay here again on my next trip to Spain."

"The room's ambiance was lovely. The location is excellent, quiet yet not far from the action, just a few minutes' walk from La Rambla. There are some delicious coffee shops nearby too. There are only two points for improvement: the Wi-Fi signal in the room was very poor and kept disconnecting. Also, the shower's waterproofing wasn't great; water would leak out from under the door while showering, which was quite inconvenient."

"The hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to metro, bus station and major tourist attractions. The surrounding area feels safe, making it comfortable to explore even on foot. "My mother and I stayed for two nights in a twin room. I had read some reviews beforehand, so my expectations weren't very high, but the room exceeded them! We arrived a bit early, but they kindly stored our luggage and notified us via WhatsApp when the room was ready. The room was thoroughly cleaned and spotless, with enough space to open four suitcases. The water dispenser was also a nice touch. I was a bit worried about noise since it's located in a bustling area, but it wasn't an issue at all. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was great that they could speak English. Just a heads-up about amenities: there's no conditioner, comb, or slippers, so I'd recommend bringing your own. The price was significantly cheaper than other hotels, and the location is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Barcelona."

"This is an excellent hotel, with a location that puts all Of the key sites in Barcelona within walking distance. The staff is equally wonderful and Ramon gave us great dinner recommendation, and even call the restaurant to make the reservation. The hotel has a rooftop patio with a great view of the city and the hotel staff holds a daily wine event from 7 to 8 pm. This was an enjoyable opportunity to meet a fellow international travelers. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Barcelona. Even with the current renovation of the street it is still a great hotel to stay at and it did not affect our sleep. Less than a block away there is a high rise building call el Corte Inglés which has a full size supermarket on the lower floor and multiple floors with man’s, women’s, sports apparel, electronics, home furnishings, etc. and the top floor has a variety of food options with seating that gives unique views of the city."
